Concerning the peace ambassadors who will weep bitter tears during the Great Tribulation, what does the Biblical God say about them? Who are they? Why are they weeping? The answers to these questions were found in the previous postings. Among the weepers will be the “ambassadors for peace” who had assured their congregations that they need not adhere to the strict rules of engagement laid down by the Biblical God in His Holy Scriptures, that they need only believe in Jesus and stay the religious course laid out by the Institutional Church. To be too obedient to the Bible would alienate them from the rest of the Christian Community. For this reason church bodies must soften their traditional stance toward God-defined sin and their black and white attitude toward other religions and other gods. These ambassadors will have convinced the churches that God commands them to graciously accept other religions, accord them equal status with the Biblical God’s religion, meet with them, worship with them, pray with them, etc., and that God would be pleased with their “love” and “inclusion” mind-set. Too late they will learn that the Biblical God–the God they have rejected and replaced with the world’s pool of co-equal gods–is the True God Who is orchestrating the horror and devastation being poured out upon them. The religious “peaceniks” will weep bitterly when they learn that their “It’s all good” theology was dead wrong.

Finding themselves in the midst of the Great Tribulation, these princes of peace and captains of cooperation, along with the billions they have led astray, will find that the only way to escape the Lake of Fire is to publically turn to the Almighty, openly embrace Him while repudiating the god of false religion (Satan), knowing that they will be beheaded for doing so. Knowing that the preceding information is Biblical Truth, the question becomes: Why wait? Come to the Lord now. Leave Satan’s church system and “be ye separate and touch not that unclean thing.” Then, and only then, will God be one’s God and one will be His child (2 Cor. 6:17).

In these three postings we have studied God’s command for separation from ungodly religionists on a church-wide, corporate level. In the following segments we will learn what God says about becoming and remaining sanctified (set aside–separated) on the individual level. One will find that He commands His people to separate themselves from those who actively strive to undermine his/her walk with the Lord.  L.J.
