God has warned time and again that His people are to have nothing to do with the devil’s people because, as the Bible points out time and again, WHEN GOOD AND EVIL ASSOCIATE, EVIL OVERCOMES GOOD. Adam and Eve are prime examples. For this reason God commanded the Israelites to run the heathen out of Canaan which He had promised to the children of Abraham. Those who would not leave were to be killed. The Israelites were to have no association with them. Notice that He did not tell them to convert the Canaanites, but rather to put them far away and keep them far away. But Israel failed to obey the Lord. The lure of the forbidden fruit was too strong. It did not take long for God’s people and Satan’s people to begin mingling. Soon the desire for the forbidden fruit raised its ugly head. The rest is history.

But this was not the first time Israel had fallen under the spell of heathenism. Not long after reaching Mt. Sinai the lure of sin fell on the recently freed slaves. After only a few days without the firm leadership of Moses and the people began yearning to return to Egypt. In order to expedite the journey, they built an Egyptian god (golden calf) to lead them back into slavery. The trend continues to this day throughout the so-called Christian world. The Institutional Church is professing Christendom’s golden calf.

The modern day church’s continual descent into Satanic depravity is evidenced by her acceptance of sexual deviants and abortionists as fellow Christians. The truth is, sinners of all kinds have occupied center stage in the Counterfeit Church for over 1900 years. Beginning in the pulpit and spreading throughout the religious community, Satan has been the puppet master in Catholicism/Protestantism since the first century. Paul and the other apostles spent their ministries fighting the good fight against the forces of evil within the church. Following their deaths the devil gained full control of what was once God’s church. Only a tiny hated, despised, rejected remnant refused to go with the religious flow. Church history reveals that today they number only a few thousand world-wide. Today they are the “few” who looked for and “found” God’s strait gate then “strove” to enter it and now walk His narrow way that leads to eternal life (Mat. 7:13,14). The other 99% of God seekers were lured into the devil’s wide gate (Catholicism/Protestantism), strolled through it and are walking blindly along his wide (Come as you are and stay as you are as long as you believe in Jesus) path leading to the Lake of Fire. The fruit behind Satan’s  gate is “good to the taste, pleasing to the eyes and serves to make one wise(er)” than God. Sound familiar? This is what Eve found out about the forbidden tree (Gen. 3:6).

Yesterday I saw a full newspaper ad which revealed the depth of the church’s and the nation’s slide into Satan’s abyss. The ad published by some Methodist churches was titled “WE ARE SORRY.” It was an article that represented over 250 churches scattered throughout North Texas and addressed to sexual deviants whom one segment of the church had voted to reject. At least temporarily. As I have stated before, the day is coming when all Methodist churches will welcome sexual deviants (and anyone else) with open arms. Regardless of what their sins may be, they will NEVER be required to give them up. “Love” and “inclusion” will overrule such a judgmental requirement. Eventually all sin will be accepted as normal throughout the entire God-forsaken organization known as “the church.” As is stated many times in the Holy Scriptures: WHEN LIGHT AND DARKNESS INTERACT, DARKNESS OVERCOMES LIGHT. Today, “evil is called good and good is called evil,” just as God predicted.  Soon, very soon, all of Catholicism/Protestantism will go the way of the “only believe” churches. All will bow to public pressure to accept anyone and everyone into the so-called “Body of Christ.” No change of lifestyle will be required. The “Christian walk” will consist of doing whatever one wants to do as long as one believes in Jesus. In this way they will obey the dictates of their god–Satan. The Lord was right: “Satan has deceived the whole world” (Rev. 12:9). He has deceived the whole of Christendom into dining at his tree while believing that they are being fed by the Lord Himself. As the Scriptures foretold about the last days, even the pillars of the church will fall to the devil’s wiles. Alas, even some of God’s Very Elect are being taken in by him (Mat. 24:24). Is it any wonder that only a few will sit with Jesus on His throne in the Kingdom of God. L.J.
