Due to the apostasy (falling away) of Catholicism/Protestantism, Satan will soon have total control of the United States. When that happens those who preach and teach God’s unedited Truth will be forced off the internet, t.v., radio, out of the print media and from behind pulpits and podiums due to the Hate Crimes Law mentioned in a previous posting. Under this international law anyone caught proclaiming that the Biblical God is the only true God will be accused of hating those who do not worship that God and tried in an international court where one is assumed to be guilty. Today the vast majority of mankind rejects the Biblical God. The few who embrace Him will grow even fewer as the time of His return draws near and Satan tightens his grip on the collective heart of mankind.

The dark cloud of Satan worship is gathering over the United States and other so-called “Christian nations.” Religious terrorism is on the way. It will be global in scope and total in its control of the masses. Satan is orchestrating this scenario by having independent countries join the United Nations and surrendering much of their sovereignty to that body. For example, the U.N. has made it an international crime to speak negatively of either Mohammad or Allah. However, no such law exists to protect the name of Jesus Christ or God. In the not-to-distant future Satan, by combining religious and political powers, will exercise absolute control over all mankind. The only exception to that control will be God’s tiny church. Spiritual darkness is encompassing the earth and men are embracing it. In many cases it is viewed as the refreshing light of common sense that has been a long time in coming. The result of this movement will be catastrophic, as the Lord warns Bible believers.

Jesus warned that He did not come to bring peace to the earth, but rather a sword. He said nation would rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. Unfortunately, this is where most people stop reading, thereby missing a vital part of His warning. He promised to turn father against son and son against father, daughter against mother, wives and husbands against each other. One’s family will be one’s enemy (Mat. 10:34-36). Note that Jesus will cause these international and family problems. We are being forced to choose between Him and everything else, including family members. Bible readers in the Institutional Church believe that this applies only to those outside of Catholicism/ Protestantism. However, the exact opposite is true. A brief explanation is in order.

Within “the church” there are two groups of people whom God has labeled “sheep” and “goats” respectively. Neither group is exempt from the Matthew 10 warning. Everyone in “the church” must make a life and death choice (1 Pet. 4:18). Each parishioner must choose the group with which he/she identifies. The Lord noted in Matthew 7:13,14 that the vast majority of parishioners will choose goathood. Only a “few” will “find” and choose sheephood. The subject of sheep and goats in the church will be covered in detail in a future posting.

The vast majority of church people (goats) refuse to believe that God will destroy the United States of America due to her supposedly being a “Christian nation.” Let me remind those of this mind-set that 50 years ago no one would have believed that this nation would one day legalize the murder of tens of millions of unborn children, legalize homosexual marriage, place perverts in the restrooms, showers, dormitories, etc. of the opposite sex, pay people to produce illegitimate babies, pay people not to work, welcome foreign criminals, call them “alien citizens” and provide them with drivers licenses, social security benefits, food, housing, education and medication. Who would have believed even 15 years ago that the United States would elect a Muslim president, or that an avowed socialist (a communist in a suit) could almost win the nomination of an American political party. Who would have believed that a man wearing a U.S. military uniform could publicly proclaimed his hatred of this nation then kill numerous American citizens while shouting the name of his heathen god? And who would have believed that the president of this nation would call his actions “workplace violence” –AND NOT BE IMPEACHED? Who would have believed that an American administration would advocate the removal of our national borders and allow in hoards of people who would consume what the nation’s citizens have worked for? Question: Who knew that these types of things would take place in this nation? Answer: Those who have watched her fulfill Deuteronomy 28:14-68 as if following a script.

Question: Why is the U.S. hell-bent on self-destruction? Answer: SIN–the effect of which is separation from God (Isa. 59:2), the wages of which is death–personal and national. The irony of this situation is that, from her founding this nation has been ground zero for all things spiritual. In the past we led the world in every category of Christian profession. We still do, but in name only. Today we are no longer a Christian nation; we are instead a church nation. For example, if not for trees and buildings, I could stand in my back yard and see three churches, each with a different name, different doctrines, beliefs, customs and traditions, each proclaiming the Bible as its standard and Christ as its Lord, and each claiming to be THE church being used by Him to win the world. The ultimate irony is that if Jesus Christ appeared in their respective midsts and read from the Bible He would be ushered out post haste and banned from future entrance. The same would hold true of every religious organization found in Catholicism/Protestantism. The last thing the Counterfeit Church will tolerate is for God’s pure Word to be spoken within her walls. In summary, church-led, God-rejecting America is at death’s door–and God is about to open it. L.J.
