We who call ourselves God’s people are warned in the Holy Scriptures that on Judgment Day there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth by the religious masses who, for many generations, will have embraced Satan’s perverted gospel (Gal. 1:6-9) as it was put forth by his false prophets. A major part of his false gospel involves “a lie” (2 Thes. 2:1-12). A major part of that lie involves God’s love. Today, Satan’s power over what is known as “the church” is revealed by the fact that the vast majority of parishioners within professing Christendom “know” beyond a doubt that the devil’s lie is in fact God’s Truth.
What began as a trick played on Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden has evolved into a world-wide movement by which Satan deceives, woos and conquers God seekers. The one-word deception concerning a statement made by God has grown exponentially throughout the ages. Adam and Eve’s acceptance of Satan’s truth and rejection of God’s Truth has become the foundation upon which the Institutional Church is built. Such is the power of the devil over what is today called “the church”–a two headed religious monster that is viewed by its parishioners as the home of God and themselves as its caretakers. In the vast majority of cases, what each parishioner “knows” is the exact opposite of what God knows and “speaks” throughout His Holy Bible. This ministry was commissioned to expose to the Counterfeit Church the numerous deadly errors she puts forth as “thus sayeth the Lord.” Ironically, Bible owners prefer the words of the enemy of God over the Words of God Himself. Another irony is that the Book they do not believe is the very Book they proclaim is the basis of their beliefs.
In reality, religious men prefer Satan’s darkness over God’s light, for His light exposes their darkness (Jn. 3:19). Such is the power of God’s adversary. Truly, the “angel of (false) light” (2 Cor. 11:14) and his “(false) ministers of righteousness” (vs 15) have “deceived the whole world” (Rev. 12:9). Satan’s conquest of the church is his most prized victory. This victory enables him to deceive his parishioners about the love of God which, as this series will reveal, is quite different from what we all have been told. See Bait and Switch.
The Lord, speaking through the Apostle Paul to the church at Thessalonica, warned the church about being “shaken in mind” by the words of counterfeit Christians. He warned His church that there would come a “falling away” from Him by those who “believe a lie.” While the falling away (apostasy) will have entrapped the vast majority of those in the true church, the false church will have never had a spiritual position from which to fall. We must understand that there are two “churches.” One church–hated and rejected by both the churched and the unchurched–is comprised of God’s tiny “remnant,” His “little flock” that has searched for, “found” and “striven to enter” His strait gate and is “walking” His narrow way that will end at the gate to the Kingdom of God. These saints God calls His “sheep.” Then there is the billions-strong, loved and recognized religious entity that is accepted by both the churched and the unchurched. These are God seekers who have “entered” Satan’s wide gate and are “walking” his broad way which will end at the Lake of Fire. These deceived, unwitting souls God calls “goats.”
This ministry is focused on the goats. Its commission is to tell them the Truth about the error in which they live in the hope that some might see God’s light, come out of Satan’s darkness, enter His strait gate and walk His narrow way. This ministry’s second agenda is to warn these parishioners, as well as those in God’s true church, that no one is exempt from God’s strict rules of engagement. Jesus of Nazareth was not cut any slack and neither are the righteous (2 Pet. 4:18). The Word “strait” relative to God’s gate (Mat. 7:13,14) means “difficult.” The Word “narrow” relative to His way means “restrictive.” All chaff must be removed from the wheat before it is fit for consumption. The Lord compares His people to wheat whose chaff (errors, etc.) must be removed before they are fit to enter the kingdom (Mat. 3:12). Few in professing Christendom believe this Biblical principle because of the globally-accepted error concerning the love of God. As I stated at the beginning: GOD IS NOT WHO AND WHAT THE CHURCH PROCLAIMES HIM TO BE. HIS LOVE FOR MAN AND HIS LOVE COMMANDS FOR MAN ARE ALSO NOT WHAT RELIGIOUS MAN BELIEVES THEM TO BE. It is for this reason that the Lord commanded man to “study to show yourself approved of God” (2 Tim. 2:15) and to conduct his study according to His rules as laid out in Isaiah 28:9,10,13: “precept upon (added to) precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little.” This we must do if we are to know, understand and obey God’s love commands and thereby qualify to enter His kingdom at the end of the age.
