The Jesus-Satan Consortium: Christianity’s Excuse For Sin (Pt. 7)

In order for religious man to excuse his “natural” sins (though he claims to have been created in the image and likeness of God in Whom there is no sin), man is forced to reject the Holy Bible as his standard for determining right and wrong, good and evil. Instead, he uses his life experiences as his standard of what the Christian life should be like. Churchmen see themselves as “good people,” as in “Why do bad things to happen to good people?” We are told that God Himself is the cause of all the “bad things” that, for no reason, just “happen to good (church) people.” It is His fault that “nature” destroyed their life’s work, that sickness has struck, that their business went bankrupt, etc. It could not have been the fault of the “good people” who are the pillars in “the church.” The fault behind such disasters is definitely not theirs. These are the people Jesus was referring to when He said: “You will say to Me on that (judgment) day, ‘Lord, Lord,’ have we not prophesied (preached) in Your name, cast out demons in Your name and done many wonderful (church) works in Your name?’ And then I will say unto them, ‘I never knew you, depart from Me you workers of iniquity (lawlessness)” (Mat. 7:22,23). Note that in verse 21 Jesus had warned that, “Not everyone who says unto Me, ‘Lord, Lord’ (calls Me their Lord) will enter the Kingdom of heaven, but (only) he who does the will of My Father in heaven.” These people will be the church elites who had accumulated dozens of perfect attendance pins, who read their Bibles and prayed daily, who tithed, etc. They had met all church requirements, but neither believed nor obeyed God. This includes all Catholics and Protestants. If they believed and obeyed God they would not be Catholics and Protestants. They would have voluntarily left those Satanic cults.

Though she pretends to place her faith in the Lord and His Word, in reality the false church despises God’s Word, and in doing so, despises both Him and His Son as Jesus said in John 10:16. Having rejected God’s Word relative to right and wrong, man is forced to come up with another standard concerning God’s will for him in this life. His solution–his life experiences. The argument goes something like this: “I know what is written in the Bible. But let’s face it, the Bible’s description of the Christian life does not play out in real life. Regardless of what is written in the Bible, we must face the truth and accept reality. Life experience, not the Bible, is the true reality.” The church hates the Bible because it describes a life that they have not been able to attain. AND IT’S NOT THEIR FAULT. They are obeying what their leaders tell them is God’s will. And because of their ignorance of the Bible they do not realize that they are being lied to. They are told that all God requires is for them to  show up, ‘fess up, pay up and prepare to go up. Anything beyond that is “works,” which He supposedly hates. It is obvious that one cannot live the God-prescribed life. Everyday life proves it. Anything beyond that life that is pie-in-the-sky fantasy.

According to fake Christians (99% of professing Christendom), the fact that man repeatedly, openly and proudly disobeys God’s Word/Law has nothing to do with His failure to deliver on His promises. But as is always the case, studying the Scriptures is the solution to the problem. Read Leviticus 26:1-13 and Deuteronomy 28: 1-14 to learn about the blessings God promises those who obey His Word. Then read the remainder of those chapters to learn about the curses He promises to put on those who disobey Him. In both cases He is addressing the same people. Notice that one is either blessed or cursed ACCORDING TO HIS REACTION TO GOD’S WORD. The decision as to whether one is blessed or cursed lies with the individual. Not so, says man who claims that it is impossible to obey God due to Adam’s sin gene that was infused into his (man’s) spiritual dna at conception. In other words, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO OBEY GOD. THEREFORE, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO LIVE THE LIFE THE LORD DESCRIBES IN THE SCRIPTURES.

We are told repeatedly that man cannot live the Biblically-depicted life, this in spite of such commands as: “Go and sin no more;” “we must cleanse ourselves of all sin;” “we must walk as Christ walked;” “we must overcome Satan as Christ overcame him;” “we must come to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Those who do so will receive the promises of God. We are led to believe that these are unattainable goals God has demanded man reach though He knows that no one can do so. Knowing this, I have been told, Jesus died so that man could sin (do what was natural) throughout his life while being saved. The grace of God supposedly gives “sinners saved by grace” a license to sin. but according to Jude 4, those grace-covered sins cause us to deny both the Father and the Son. Which brings up a question that church people have answered incorrectly for some 1900 years–WHAT IS THE LORD’S DEFINITION OF SIN? If I asked 1000 Catholic and Protestant church leaders that question not one would get it right. If anyone did answer correctly he would have to either leave their respective cults or reject God’s definition. If my experience is any indication, all 1000 would do the latter. L.J.
