“Original sin” simply means that your spiritual dna was automatically infected with Adam’s sin gene at the moment of your conception. Like eye color and height, sin implantation is permanent, as are its effect on your life. Ironically, the same people–Satan’s false prophets–who tell us that we are natural born sinners also that tell us that God is in charge of everything that takes place on earth, that He either causes it or allows it. Which is true. The question is: DID GOD CAUSE OR ALLOW SATAN TO INFECT EACH OF ADAM’S DESCENDANTS WITH HIS SIN? The church says yes, that God was on earth and in Eden when the devil performed his miraculous sin transfusion miracle. Satan could not do what God did not allow him to do. Therefore, because He did not prevent the sin transfusion to take place, GOD CAUSES MAN TO SIN. If I see my two year old child walking toward a cliff, and I fail to stop him/her, I in fact cause the child’s harm or death. The church sees God in the same light and accuses Him of being Satan’s enabler relative to man’s sins. According to church doctrine, the responsibility for man’s sins falls on three persons: Satan, who tempts man to sin, God, Who allows him to tempt man, and innocent man who has no say in the process. Satan and God are guilty while helpless man is not. The theory is that God, knowing that man cannot help but sin, had Jesus to die so that His blood would serve as a spiritual detergent that, upon request, washes away each sin. This in spite of God’s Word that states that if we continue to sin we “treasure  up (accumulate)” our sins until the day when we will be judged by the Word of God (Rom. 2:5/ Jn. 12:48-50). Reminding Him that we repented after each sin will have no effect on the outcome.

And, according to the church, not only did God give His okay to Satan’s sin-transferal miracle, He also left us instructions on what to do when faced with a Satanic temptation to sin. Because sinning is “natural” to us, we are not to resist. We are to “do what comes naturally,” then repent. Sin, we are told, is as natural as breathing. One can try not to breathe by holding our breath. But soon “nature” takes over and we automatically begin to breathe.”

The same process supposedly takes place relative to sin. We can resist just so long before “nature” takes over, we stop resisting and sin has its natural way with us. So why resist at all? Jesus and Satan have put in the fix. Resistance is futile. We need to relax, sin, then repent. This process eliminates all inner turmoil. As a false prophet from Tyler, Texas said to his huge television audience: “Don’t bother trying to be righteous. You’ll just make yourself sick. You are nothing but a society of sinners.” And the global church shouts “Amen, brother. Preach it.” As the cameras panned his audience heads were nodding and mouths were grinning. Everyone went home assured that all was well in their sin-saturated lives. They had been declared clean by their prophet who had spoken truth. There was no need for them to “try the spirits (of leaders) to see if they are of God” (1 Jn. 4:1). REPENTANCE IS THE KEY. Do not resist the devil, just go with the flow, enjoy the sin, then repent. Ignore God’s commands such as “Resist the devil and he will flee from you” (Jam. 4:7). But he won’t, according to the church. Instead, he will rule you. Reject Christ’s warning that only those who “… overcome (Satan) as I overcame” (him) will join Him in paradise (Rev. 3:21). Not so, says the church. The Jesus-Satan consortium provides the solution to the sin problem. Knowing that sin is inevitable, JESUS DIED SO THAT WE CAN SIN AND GET AWAY WITH IT. I was told this by an ex-missionary who was taught this in her church and in the seminary she attended. This was the same church–same building, etc.–out of which God called me.

The major key to understanding what is going on in “the church” concerning “Original Sin” one must realize that God wrote His Bible to, for and about His people–His saints, His Very Elect–and to those who want to join that elite group. The Bible was not written for, to and about atheists, Catholics, Protestants, Islamists, Buddhists, etc. These are not His people and have no desire to become His people. As He said, the publicans and harlots are entering the Kingdom of Heaven (His end-time church) ahead of fake Christians and other religious outsiders (Mat. 21:31)–spiritual Gentiles (heathen).

According to the church, the formula for handling sin is as follows: face temptation, accept reality, sin,  repent and prepare for the next temptation. One preacher told me that he sinned thousands of times every day. Another church person, when I asked if he could go five minutes without sinning, paused, then said: “I don’t know.” Obviously, he had never tried. It is so much easier to sin and repent. And the rules are subject to one’s whims.  As one fellow told me, repenting after each sin was too much trouble. He saved (treasured) up his sins and repented of them en masse. And don’t forget the woman who said: “God doesn’t like sin, but He won’t do anything about it.” THESE ARE/WERE RELIGIOUS LEADERS AND PILLARS OF THE INSTITUTIONAL CHURCH. Is it any wonder that the Lake of Fire will be filled with Bible-toting, Scripture-quoting, church-attending religionists? As Jesus said in Matthew 7:13,14, few salvation seekers believe and obey Him while many salvation seekers believe and obey Satan. The irony of this statement is that both groups “know” that they are saved. Only one group, which Jesus said was few in number, will enter His church, walk His path be saved upon His return to earth. Many, He said, would enter Satan’s church and follow his teachings unto perdition. L.J.
