A recent article in the local newspaper produced undeniable proof that Satan controls large segments of professing Christendom. The issue in question centered around homosexuality, specifically whether a world-wide denomination would allow its ministers to perform same-sex marriages. The article was featured in living color in the upper left quadrant of the front page, a place the print media reserve for the most important stories. Much of the quadrant was consumed by the pastor’s full-length picture and a quote from him which revealed beyond a doubt who is the authority in his church: “I would rather be excluded for who I include than included for who I exclude.” One will note that he referenced himself (“I”) three times in 15 words. One will also note that the words “God” or “the Lord,” or “Jesus” do not appear. This omission speaks volumes. In the world of print communication an initial quote alerts the reader to the theme of the accompanying thesis. True to form, the following half-page article was all and only about man’s (read Satan’s) version of Christianity. Paragraph after paragraph explained the church’s stand on the same-sex marriage issue. Man, his theology, his organizations and their doctrines, etc. consumed 99% of the ink. It was not until near the middle of the article that we find any reference to the Lord, and then in as few words as possible. A careful reading of the piece revealed that GOD’S WORD ON THE SUBJECT WAS NOT MENTIONED–NOT ONE WORD. Which is understandable in that His Truth (Jn. 17:17) on the subject would have proven the pastor’s rendition of “the right thing to do” to be totally unscriptural–considered to be a minor technicality within today’s church system. The article and its many quotes proved once again that “Christian” man rejects the Bible as his source of moral guidance. By deliberately rejecting God’s Word, churchman finds himself deliberately rejecting both the Father and the Son, as Jesus tells us in John 12:44-55. But that’s just Bibletalk which Catholicism/Protestantism declares must be taken with a grain of religious salt.
Let us be clear–Satan’s false prophets do not proclaim the Word of God; they put forth their own, Satan-inspired words, using just enough Bible Truth to appear legitimate in the eyes of the Biblically ignorant church masses which number some two billion globally. In the Truth-rejecting “church,” “I believe” has replaced “God said;” “I want” has replaced “God commands,” Religious Correctness has replaced Spiritual guidance and church study guides have replaced the Bible. In sum: MAN HAS REPLACED GOD–the ultimate example of idolatry.
Over the past few years Religious Correctness has come to dominate the agendas of every denomination. One can find an occasional local church or individual still resisting the relentless onslaught. The fact of the matter is that R.C. has been an integral ingredient in church theology for over 1700 years. Only recently has the devil decided to bring it “out of the religion closet” where it emerged from the darkness fully grown. As a result, acts God calls evil, churchman now calls righteous. This 180 degree reversal of moral standard occurred only after the religious world had “seen the light of God’s love and inclusion.” Suddenly, “right” has become as malleable Playdoh. “Right” is now whatever will get people into the pews and their money into the coffers. Just as suddenly, “wrong” has became an expression of hate. According to the enlightened ones, “God said” is a catch phrase for refusing to face the reality of the situation. In today’s world of church-wide apostasy, “the big picture” does not include the Bible, but is the end result of man’s “in the now, on the spot” decision-making process. In the past this phenomenon was referred to as “situational ethics” and was deemed “wrong”–a word no longer allowed in many religious circles. To be continued. L.J.
