As I have warned in the previous series, hell is on the way and will engulf mankind in a virtual cauldron of terror and death. History’s so-called “acts of nature” such as the Black Plague, the Flu Epidemic, COVID-19, famine, drought, flooding, forest fires, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, the dust bowl, along with skyrocketing crime rates, racial tensions, political plots, a stolen election and a soon-coming expose’ of the guilty parties, not to mention World Wars I and II, Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan …. were all, are all, and will all continue to be catastrophic to some degree. As King Solomon said: “There is nothing new under the sun.” And the curses just keep coming.
As horrific as those problems were and still are, the Lord tells us that what lies ahead of mankind–the Great Tribulation and the Day of the Lord–will make all those God-sent catastrophes COMBINED pale by comparison (Mat. 24:21). And there’s more. God tells us that there will be a mini-hell that will engulf the God-rejecting world, particularly the so-called Christian world before the Big Two arrive. The horrors mentioned in the first paragraph were what Jesus called “the beginning of sorrows” in Matthew 24:3-8. As the Scriptures tell us, there is more and worse curses scheduled to arrive as the world, including the worldly church, continues to openly rebel against God. This is the uber-religious group that this website was created to address–Catholics and Protestants. God wants them to know what is coming their way and to offer them a way out. The key word is “out.” As God proclaimed through the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1, in order to escape what is coming, Catholics and Protestants must COME OUT OF HER (SATAN’S COUNTERFEIT CHURCH), SEPARATE FROM HER TOTALLY AND NEVER “TOUCH” HER AGAIN.” Just as God has no spiritual fellowship with Satan, God’s people are to have no spiritual fellowship with Satan’s people. This includes the saint’s family, friends and acquaintances who are still in “the church.” On the spiritual level, true saints must have no association with the “works of darkness” committed by those in Satan’s citadels of sin Eph. 5:11). Because there is “no darkness in Him (Christ) at all” (1 Jn. 1:5), those who walk in God’s Light must remain spiritually distanced from those who walk in the darkness that engulfs those who inhabit professing Christendom. One cannot walk in darkness (sin) and exhibit God’s Light (obedience to His Word/Law/Gospel). Sin is the transgression of the Law (1 Jn. 2:6). The Law-rejecting church repeatedly nails Christ to the cross (Heb. 6:6) by transgressing (breaking) His commandments/Law. There will be no Law-breakers in the Kingdom of God.
The question is: who cares? Certainly not the 99.99% of mankind who spend their waking hours in pursuit of whatever pleases them at the moment. Having had his senses numbed by “the god of this world” (Satan–2 Cor. 4:4), modern man absorbs the Lord’s ever-increasing curses in the same way he absorbs sunlight, viewing them as unavoidable sufferings that life on earth brings with it. Sin and its painful, often deadly aftermath is simply “business as usual,” for modern man. So much so that he is continually figuring a way to get over one curse while wondering what the next one will look like. Large segments of the world’s population have spent their adult lives preparing the world for the next “business” (curse from God). Billions of dollars have been spent over the centuries trying to overcome the current curse and preparing for the next one. For example, the medical profession is already looking ahead to the next pandemic, whatever it might be. Medicine isn’t the only industry preparing for the next catastrophe. Nations spend billions of money and millions of man-hours designing and building military weapons in anticipation for the next war. Preppers store food in anticipation of a famine. Health insurance is a must for those who can afford it. Around the world and across the board, preparations for whatever might come next continue. And the curses keep relentlessly coming.
Just as sin is en vogue throughout the world, including the church world, so are its devastating results. An old saying goes like this: “If you sleep with dogs, you get fleas.” The so-called “Christian nations” have slept with Satan’s dogs (lived in sin) for so long that fleas (God’s curses) have become their natural companions–itching (being cursed) and scratching (battling the curse) is mankind’s normal state of affairs. And when God sends the next curse, it will be accepted as part of the normality that man has come to accept. And yet, no one asks why, knowing that it’s “just part of the human condition.” And when someone explains why, he gets the same response as did Stephen, minus the stones–at least for the time being.
In Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28 the Lord tells those called by His name that such physical and psychological “wounds” (His warning “voice”), though they are administered by Him, are always brought on by the wounded ones themselves (Isa. 1:1-7). Read the previous series for Biblical proof of this Truth. For those who believe that God “nailed the Law to the cross,” bear in mind that He does not separate the teachings of the Old Testament prophets from the teachings of the New Testament apostles, BECAUSE THE MESSAGE IS THE SAME. The same God–the Word, Jesus Christ–spoke to both the prophets and the apostles through the Holy Spirit and taught them the same Truth. The same Gospel that was preached to ancient Israel by the Old Testament prophets, beginning with Abraham, was preached to the New Testament Church by Jesus and the apostles. Galatians 3:8 tells us that Jesus–the “Scripture”/ Word–PREACHED THE GOSPEL TO ABRAHAM. The New Testament Church was founded on the teachings of the PROPHETS AND THE APOSTLES (Eph. 2:22) as “HOLY MEN OF OLD spoke (and wrote) as they were moved upon by the Holy Spirit (2 Pet. 1:21). Paul told Timothy that ALL SCRIPTURE is inspired by God (2 Tim. 3:14-16). ALL SCRIPTURE includes the Old Testament from which Jesus and the apostles preached and upon which God’s church was built.
What does the above information have to do with the Great Escape? Everything. If one does not believe and obey both the Old and New Testaments one will not escape what is coming. Few, Jesus tells us, will believe Him, obey Him and be taken to a place of safety just prior to the beginning of the Great Tribulation (Mat. 7:13,14). Many are being called to obey and thereby escape what is coming upon mankind. Few, Jesus lamented, would answer God’s call (Mat. 20:16). Why?
Man is intent on the pursuit of stuff, self-realization, self-image, self-enhancement, ego-exaltation, etc.–man is all about self. And Satan is all about giving man what he craves. Jesus confronted Satan about this truth as recorded in Matthew 16:23 where He said to him: “Get behind Me, Satan, for you do not seek (for man) the things of God, instead, you seek (for man) the things of man” (what man wants). For example, so-called sinners saved by grace seek to be able to sin with impunity. Satan gives them what they want IF THEY WILL LISTEN TO HIM–and they do. Modern churchman rejects God’s Words and obeys the words of Satan with which he proclaims around the world through his false prophets. As this series will show, there is only one path to the Kingdom of God, and Catholic/Protestant man is not on it. Only the Lord’s narrow, Bible-proclaimed path will lead the salvation seeker to “her (the church’s) place” of safety (Rev. 12:6,14) where God’s Very Elect will live in peace and plenty while the world around them suffers unimaginable terror.
