The first chapters in the Book of Genesis reveal the history of the original Church of God and Satan’s attack on it resulting in the creation of two churches: 1) God’s original church with the Lord as the only remaining member, and 2) the Counterfeit Church comprised of Adam and Eve, with Satan in the position of leadership.

Satan, the first false prophet, began his second quest to “… be as the most High God” with two converts–Adam and Eve.  Over the centuries his congregation has grown both in number of parishioners and in variety of organizational choices.  His divide-and-conquer strategy having been proven successful in Eden, Satan enlarged on the theme and refined the process over the years.  Nevertheless, we can still identify two churches today: 1) the Church of God–tiny, socially insignificant, singular in doctrine and faith, politically impotent, hated, ridiculed and despised by both the churched and the unchruched, and 2) the Counterfeit Church–large, politically and socially significant, pluralistic in doctrine and faith, loved and embraced by millions, well-spoken of and accepted by both the churched and the unchurched.

As directed by God, the purpose of this ministry is to bring to light the numerous differences between the Church of God–the few who take God at His Word as stated, and the Counterfeit Church–the whole of Catholicism and Protestantism who alter, deny or discard any and all Scriptures that contradict their respective religious doctrines and customs.

The importance of understanding the numerous differences between the two opposing views of and approaches to God’s Word, Way and Will cannot be overstated in that they constitute the difference between the “few” who “find” that strait gate and walk that narrow way that leads to life, and the “many” who “go in” the wide gate and walk the broad way that leads to death (Mat. 7:13,14).  This website is designed to alert and warn those who have unwittingly followed their religious leaders through the wide gate and along the broad way that leads to death.  Both leader and follower have been convinced by Satan that their future entrance into  heaven requires only that they stay the religious course.  That Satan’s goal of mass deception has been supremely successful is proven by the numbers of people world-wide who claim membership in institutional Christendom.  While God’s lone church numbers at most in the thousands world-wide, the Counterfeit Church’s multi-bodied system numbers in the hundreds of millions.  Though the size of the two churches shows which body man believes to be “the church,” the Word of God reveals which church will enter into the Kingdom of God.

With God’s Sword (Word) at the ready, I will “… contend for the faith once delivered to the saints” (Jude 3) in hopes that I may persuade the reader to “… test the spirit” (1 Jn. 4:1) of this dispenser of Truth by “Study(ing) to show yourself approved of god” (2 Tim. 2:15).  These commands from God can only be fulfilled by a careful examination of His Word.  Let us carefully and faithfully study the Word of God in order to distinguish between the Church of God and the Church of Satan, between God’s Truth and Satan’s lie.  As this website will reveal, one church takes His Word as the food of life; the other takes it with a grain of salt, and in so doing declares as a lie 2 Timothy 3:16: “ALL SCRIPTURE IS INSPIRED BY GOD.”  In 2 Corinthians 4:3,4 God removes the mystery as to why the bogus church refuses to believe and obey those Scriptures: “… and if our gospel is hid, it is hid to those who are lost, in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not … so that the light of the glorious gospel cannot shine on them.”  That glorious gospel is God’s Truth.  This work is dedicated to proving that Truth by examining the Truth.  The Bible interprets itself for those willing to approach it with an open heart (mind) and a will to suffer the consequences for believing and obeying it.  The payoff at the end of the journey is well worth the trials and tribulations suffered en route.
