Once the communist deep state has successfully instituted stage one–demoralization, stage two–destabilization–is initiated. During this stage change is necessary on every level of the society. Change must come to every institution in that it is innately good, socially beneficial and necessary. Old standards and moralities are depicted as being “out of step with the present.” Those who cling to them are ridiculed for being “out of touch” with current reality. Tried and true methods, values and ideologies are rejected and replaced by new ones. Progressivism becomes the theme of all social, economic and political thinking. Standards such as a nation’s constitution come under attack. “Relativism” becomes the one-word mantra of the masses who become more liberal with each passing generation. The question becomes: “Why should we adhere to laws and customs that were created for a socially backward, less technological society?” That was then; this is now. The past and the present have no relation to each other. This is especially true in the area of personal behavior. Activities once done only in secret are put forth as “avant gard”–new, exciting and “en vogue.” Those who disagree with the “new wave” are called “old fashioned” and, being labeled as “judgmental,” are guilty of being “exclusionary” and “dismissive” of anyone who is not like them.

In nations where free enterprise economic systems have been in place for generations there arises a cry for the “redistribution of wealth” which promises to lead to “economic leveling.” At the same time there comes a corresponding accusation toward the successful, claiming that they are the reason that some within the society are not successful. Catchwords such as “exploitation” and “discrimination” are used relative to conservatives with reckless abandon. So much so that accusations do not need to be proven true to be believed by an ever-growing liberal population among whom accusation equates to guilt. Descent is not allowed. Contrary “wrong” voices are drowned out by the shouts of those who are “right.” Those who continue to put forth truth are socially castigated and ridiculed into silence. The key to survival is to “go along in order to get along.” Those who refuse to do so become social pariahs.

As was the case with stage one, the Institutional Church has not escaped Satan’s push into stage two. This is proven by the fact that so-called “Christianity” is divided into hundreds of churches, faiths, etc. No other institution on earth is as destabilized as professing Christendom. An additional sign that stage two has been embraced by the church, the various organizations making up the church are continually competing, contradicting and contending with each other.

The purveyors of Communism push for total change in their primary enemy–the church. As a result, few institutions have changed as much over the past half century as the church system. Truths of the Bible have been discarded and rejected. Acts and beliefs once rejected outright are now praised and encouraged. People, not God must be served. As a result the “Social Gospel” has replaced “the faith once delivered to the saints.” Bible Truth has become relative to time and place. “Situational ethics” now rule the day in many religious organizations. Man, not the Biblical God, calls the shots in the so-called “Body of Christ.”

Another characteristic of the destabilization stage is a powerful movement against religious exclusion. The push is for all religions to exist on the same plane. “Moral equivalency” and “inclusion” are phrases heard repeatedly in religious meetings. The identity of one’s god is irrelevant. It does not matter who one worships as long as he worships according to the will of his deity. Religiously speaking, “It’s all good.”

As is the case on the social level, those who voice opposing spiritual opinions are ridiculed, ostracized and relegated to heretic status. They are an embarrassment to the church, their families and friends. And, just as their communist masters planned so many years ago, church and state are not merely separated, they are at war with each other. Sadly, both have unwittingly surrendered to the unseen hand that orchestrated the entire mess. L.J.
