God creates what He wants to create and crates His creations perfectly.  He created nothing tohu va bohu–waste and empty.  Let us study creation week to see what was important to Him–what He created, and how He created–perfectly.  During that week the Lord created light and darkness, heaven, dry land, vegetation, heavenly lights, water creatures, land creatures, man and the Sabbath, each of which He characterized as “VERY GOOD.”  Jesus said that only God is “good.”  If  God Himself is the standard of “good,” and He calls His creations “VERY good,” then it stands to reason that they would not ever need to change. Though not specifically mentioned, the Lord also created the laws of nature, such as gravity and inertia.  He also set the earth to rotating on its axis at the perfect angle while revolving around the sun at the perfect speed and distance.  We know that He also created 24-hour days at that time: “So the evening and the morning were the first day (second day, third day, etc.).”  God’s day begins at sundown and ends the following sundown.  Evening and morning are created by darkness and light respectively.  Darkness and light are created by the earth’s axial rotation combined with its revolution around the sun. The only time this pattern changed was when God stopped the earth’s rotation and revolution so that Israel would have enough daylight to win a battle (Jos. 10:12-14).  An important aspect of this event was that THE LORD TOLD US WHAT HE HAD DONE.  If there was to be a future change in His creation HE WOULD HAVE TOLD US.  We know this because: “Surely the Lord does nothing unless He first tells His servants the prophets” (Amos 3:7).  Nowhere in His Word does God tell anyone that there would be a change, or that He would allow a change, in the entities He created as recorded in Genesis 1,2.  Not one of His creations has changed and the earth continues to rotate and revolve as designed.

The same God that created the universe perfectly also created the Ten Commandments perfectly, which includes #4–His rules concerning His Sabbath.  Note that He said more about the Sabbath than about any other commandment. With only a minutely few exceptions, the whole of mankind rejects this Truth.  The Satan-concocted lie concerning the Sabbath’s time change was embraced by some in the church not long after her creation in 31 A.D.  To this day the change is proclaimed to be the will of God by Satan’s Catholic and Protestant converts.  Ignorance of and unbelief toward the Bible has enabled Satan to deceive the whole world (Rev. 12:9) concerning the “test commandment.”  Under the direction of God’s archenemy, religious man defiles His Sabbath every 7th day of His week, then further insults Him by observing Satan’s sabbath the following day and calling it God’s Sabbath.

As Amos 3:7 tells us, if God had planned on His “very good” creation evolving into other forms He would have told His true saints about His plans.  He has said nothing concerning such a change.  But this has not stopped man from evolving some of His creations into what man (read Satan) wants them to be.  A perfect example of this evolution concerns the homosexual issue.  God created mankind male and female, called them man and wife (Gen. 2:24) and told them to procreate.  Two homosexuals cannot procreate.  God condemns homosexuality 13 times in the Scriptures.  This Truth was pointed out to professing Christendom’s  first openly queer priest who explained to the world why Genesis 2:24 was no longer true.  I watched him look into a t.v. camera and declare that  “God has changed (evolved).”  Apparently Adam and Eve have evolved into Adam and Steve.  The priest’s reasoning probably goes something like this: if, as he claims, God Himself has evolved, and if He wants man to be like Himself (Gen. 1:27,28/ 1 Jn. 2:6), then man has also evolved.  Man was created “very good.”  If everything else God created was “very good,” then everything else must also evolve.  Therefore, according to religious man, only God, man and the Sabbath have evolved.  There is, however an exception to this.  There are those “Christians” who believe that all of creation has evolved.  We will address the subject of “Christian Darwinism” in a later series.

Mankind’s most deadly evolution concers the Lord’s supposed transfer of His Sabbath day (Exo. 20:8-11) to the day sun worshipers paid homage to their god–Sun day.

If we cannot believe God’s Word relative to the creation of the universe and its unchangeable nature, then we can’t take at face value anything else found in the Holy Bible because the Book itself is subject to change.  As God tells us in James 2:10, to doubt any portion of His Truth is to doubt all of it, each Word of which Jesus Christ commands us to live by (Mat. 4:4).  God is extremely serious about His Word.  In Luke 10:17 Jesus said that to despise (reject) any of His Words is to despise both Himself and His Father.  God’s people live by faith (Rom. 1:17).  Faith is believing God’s Words (Rom. 10:19).  Unless one acts on what he believes, his faith (belief) is dead (James 2:14, 14,17,18,20,24,26).  We live by our faith.  Dead faith = dead believer.  Many people believed in Jesus and told Him so.  Those same people later crucified Him.  Faith in God’s Word without obedience to that Word is tohu va bohu.  According to the sermons being preached each sun god day, professing Christendom believes that God’s Word is tohu va bohu.

Summary: The Sabbath was changed by Pope Sylvester I in 364 A.D. at the council of Laodicea.  The change was made  in order to appease the multitude of sun worshiping heathen who had been “converted” to Catholicism at the point of a Roman sword.  Because the people were not allowed to read the Bible, they assumed that what they were being told was written it It.  Over time Satan’s sabbath became God’s Sabbath.  When the so-called “Protestants” left the Catholic church they took many of her beliefs and practices with them, the Sunday Sabbath being one of them.  In this series we will study a number of such heathen beliefs and customs that continue to be embraced by both branches of Satan’s church to this day.
