Recently United States representative Lauren Boebert stated that the church should lead the national government.  Rarely do we hear anything resembling common sense coming out of the House of Representatives, or the Senate, or the White House for that matter.  This statement was one of those rare utterances that gives me hope that there are still a few people in positions of leadership that Satan does not totally control.  I feel compelled from on high to respond to Representative Boebert’s refreshing statement.  I have heard her speak on several occasions and have come to admire her clear, common sense thinking and her lack of fear in proclaiming her political thoughts.

Though Boebert’s word choice was off somewhat, her sentiment was spot on.  For example, she used the word “church” and should have used Word “Bible.”  No one, or no nation should follow the Institutional Church.  However, everyone should obey the Book the church claims to believe.  It is that Book that the United States Government should be using to govern the American people.  However, the government has rejected any stationary reference to that Book on public property.

Rep. Boebert rightfully based her opinion on the Holy Bible.  A discussion concerning America’s Biblical roots would be too lengthy to include at this point, so I will suggest that you read Who and Where is Israel Today.  Key word–Today.  For instructions on downloading a particular series read the information under the NOTICE heading found on the Introduction page to this website.  In summary, the United States was established to do what her ancient ancestor (the nation of Israel) was created to do–be God’s spiritual LIGHT to the world.  But just as did her ancestors, America embraced the spiritual, social and physical customs and beliefs of the heathen world.  The result can be seen on the Fox News network.  Other networks show only what their political masters will allow their public propaganda providers (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, CNBC) to reveal.  We are allowed to see what Satan’s people allow us to see on what is known as “fake news.”

The reason I feel free to occasionally use God’s website to discuss political and public subject matters is because these so-called “news outlets” are nothing more than NEWS CREATORS Satan uses to lead the God-hating masses ever further away from the Lord.  And God allows it, and in many causes it.  We reap what we sow.  This nation has sown the wind and are now reaping the whirlwind God is sending our way.  Rep. Boebert is right and the powers that be (both religious and secular) are wrong.  God’s intent was for THAT BOOK (the entire Law) to be preserved and obeyed until the end of the age.  At that time, those who believed and obeyed His Rule Book will, under Christ’s leadership, govern the universe for eternity.  Read God’s Very Elect: Future Caretakers of the Universe.  Key word–Caretakers.

When God brought the nation of Israel out of Egyptian captivity He called her His “light to the Gentiles.”  This designation is the “headline” He used to get the world’s attention.  With intensive “fine print” study we find that the Israelite people were his instruments by which He would take His light (Gospel) to the heathen (Gentile) world in order to draw “whosoever will” to Him.  By obeying His Law, thereby ridding themselves of sin, the Gentiles would qualify for salvation upon Christ’s return to earth.  His “light” was and continues to be His WORD–THE HOLY BIBLE.  Believing and obeying God’s Word made Jesus and the apostles the “light of the world.”

The Israelites were given the Law only days after being freed from Egypt.  They were to make His Law (light) available to the world by showing the heathen how He would bless them (Israel) for obeying it.  However, within days of being given the Law in condensed form (the Ten Commandments carved in stone), God’s chosen people turned away from Him and yearned to return to sin (Egypt).  God threatened to kill all of them except Moses, but decided not to.  Instead of killing them, He gave them the sacrificial/ritualistic law which Moses wrote on a scroll.  This law would guide them until “Shiloh comes” (the Word/Law in the form of Jesus of Nazareth).  It was Moses’ handwritten sacrificial law (“handwriting of ordinances”) that was “nailed to the cross” at His death.  At that moment Jesus replaced it as the final and ultimate blood sacrifice for those who would obey God’s Word–the light that would lead obedient ones to enter His “strait gate” (God’s church) and along His narrow way (strict obedience to His Law) that leads to eternal life (Mat. 7:13,14).  Few, He warned, would enter His gate and walk His way.  Many would enter Satan’s wide (Catholic/Protestant) gate and walk his broad (you-want-it-you-got-it) church system with its hundreds of possibilities and various suggestions as to how to “walk” the so-called “Christian way.”  This “way” constitutes Satan’s false light, otherwise known as “church doctrine,” which is man’s wishful thinking which he proclaims as “Bible truth.”

When God established Israel as His “light to the Gentiles” there was no separation of church and state.  The church was the state.  The Scriptural Law was the Law of the nation.  The state (nation) was commanded to live according to God’s Law.  Had she done so the heathen world would have seen how God blessed Israel and would have joined her by obeying the Law.  Recall that this exact thing happened when God blessed Israel and cursed the Egyptians before bringing them out of Egypt.  Recall how the Egyptians suffered God’s curses and, upon allowing the Israelites to leave, gave them their gold and silver.  This enabled Israel to leave “with a high hand,” meaning wealthy.  Note also that God’s curses during that period affected only the Egyptians.  God makes a distinct and observable difference between His obedient saints and everyone else.  For this reason the so-called “church” suffers the ravages if God’s wrath just as do those outside the church.  In God’s eyes there is no difference.

Rep. Boebert is right.  If the United States believed and obeyed God we would not need civil laws.  We would be obeying God’s stone-etched Law and would be rich and strong as we were in the past.  We would be, as God promised, “the head (of the world) and not the tail.”  We would be blessed in every way.  We would lend to others and not borrow from them (Deut. 28:1-13).  Instead, the U.S. is the laughing stock of the world today.  She is the tail and our enemies are the head.  We are 21 trillion dollars in debt and are on the verge of bankruptcy.  No nation fears us.  While other nations are building their people up through education, we are concentrating on which bathrooms to use while making sure that God and His Word are kept from our public spaces.  The U.S. will remain in the tail position as long as we reject Him by not obeying His Law.  I believe that God is going to give us one last chance to turn from our evil ways and obey His Word.  If we fail, our days as a nation are numbered, and that number is small.  I also believe that we will fail, just as did our Israelite ancestors.

INDIVIDUALLY, we must place ourselves under God’s command and obey His commands strictly and continuously.  If the nation does this she has a chance at survival.  If not, ….  Read the Old Testament for details.  For the short version, read Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28.  Doing so, you will find many similarities between how God first blessed Israel then cursed her.  You will also see the stark similarities between Israel of old and the United States today.  In each case the cause of His wrath has been the same–rejection of His Word.  REJECTION OF ANY PART OF HIS WORLD PROVES THAT ONE HATES BOTH GOD AND HIS SON (Deut. 7:7-11/ Lk. 10:16).  L.J.
