The previous postings in this series prove conclusively that the forces of Satan have been at work within the judicial and legislative branches of the United States of America for many years. The caliber of people elected to the presidency and the direction the nation takes following each election proves that the nation’s morality problems have, without exception, originated in the Oval Office located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. Regardless of the society involved, the man or woman at its head sets the tone for the entire nation, just as God testifies in His Holy Word. The nation’s supreme court holds sway over what is considered right and wrong. The nation’s president holds the power to nominate supreme court justices. Understandably, they put forth those who agree with their constitutional mindset. The problem is that the justices they place in power do not leave when the president leaves, but rather retain their power until death or retirement. With that in mind, let us continue in our study of the workings of the U.S. court system.

Since the 1960’s various U.S. courts have upheld the view that such belief systems as atheism, Wiccan, Secular Humanism, Ethical Culture, Scientology, Universalist Unitarianism, Witchcraft and the various Eastern belief systems are in fact religions, and are therefore granted all rights, privileges and freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment. Their proponents are allowed to operate in full view on public school grounds, display their symbols, read their books, pray to their gods or declare that there is no god. ONLY ONE RELIGION IS NOT AFFORDED SUCH FEEDOMS AND IS IN FACT PROHIBITED FROM EXERCISING SAID FREEDOMS UNDER THREAT OF LAW–CHRISTIANITY.

How is it possible that one of only two nations ever established by God Himself (the nation of Israel being the other), the nation that has “In God We Trust” printed on her currency, “One Nation Under God” stated in her Pledge of Allegiance and “So Help Me God” as part of her presidential Oath of Office come to the point that the God she so proudly proclaimed in the past has today been declared persona non grata, this while rolling out the welcome mat for all other religions and their gods ? The answer is found in generational evolution.

Satan did not rise quickly to a position of dominance over the United States; he took control gradually over several generations. Two hundred years ago the people of the United States were by-in-large a God-fearing, at least God-recognizing populace. However, as the nation has continued to grow in economic and military power she has come to depend less and less on the One Who founded her. As a result each generation has grown more and more liberal (self-dependent and self-directed) and farther and farther away from Him. Having lived 75 years, and being a student of individual human behavior and societal trends, I have seen the our national mindset change with each generation, each being more liberal than the previous generation. Being a student of the Bible I am not surprised when I see what is happening in the nation’s religious establishments which set the moral tone for the society in general. I will also not be surprised by what will take place over the coming years when liberals will be in total control of the nation’s religious and governmental establishments. I will also not ask God to help my beloved country. America has passed the point of no return. Due to her rejection of Him, the Lord has turned His back on her. She has sown the wind and is now reaping the whirlwind. Contrary to popular opinion, the church has no effect on the situation. God is not in the Institutional Church because she has rejected His Word as her standard of morality. Only individually is there hope of salvation. For this reason He commands those who truly seek Him to have no spiritual contact with her, to come out of her, separate oneself from her and to not touch her for she is unclean. Then, and only then, He declared, will He be one’s God and one will be His child (2 Cor. 6:14-18). To be continued. L. J.
