In the first posting I noted that though the Jews have the Word (Oracles) of God, they cannot be converted and therefore cannot qualify for salvation because they do not believe the part of that Word/Law/gospel/Truth that refers to Jesus Christ. As the Apostle Paul told the Jewish leaders of Rome when they refused to believe their own Torah and the writings of the prophets that referred to Jesus, “I go to the Gentiles” (Acts 18:6). Later another group of Jews came to where Paul was staying (under house arrest) in Rome, “to whom (the Jews) he expounded and testified about the Kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus both out of the Law of Moses (the Torah) and out of the (teachings of) the prophets” (Acts 28:23,24). Some of the Jews believed, others did not. And when they could not agree (with God’s Word), he dismissed them with these words: “Rightly spoke the Holy Spirit through Isaiah the prophet to our fathers, telling them to go to the Jews and say to them, ‘Hearing you will hear and not believe, and seeing you will see and not perceive. For the heart of this people has grown gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed ….’ Let it be known to you (Jews) that the salvation of God will now be sent unto the Gentiles who will hear it” (Acts 25-29).
That which most of the Jews rejected, and which a few of the Gentiles would accept, was/is the Word of God which Moses had recorded in the first five books of the Bible called the Torah. Jesus said in John 5:47 that Moses (and the other prophets) “… wrote about Me.” The entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation consists of Words directly from the mouth of God (Mat. 4:4) which He spoke to the Word (Jesus) Who spoke God’s Word to the prophets, then to the apostles, and then to the Jews of the Holy Land during His brief ministry. God’s Words comprise what are called the Old and New Testaments upon which the New Covenant Church is founded (Eph. 2:20). Jesus told the apostles to take that same Word to their Israelite brethren whom He had scattered throughout the world (Mat. 10:6). The world knows these people as The 10 lost tribes of Israel.” They were and continue to be “lost” from sight because they have become spiritual and social Gentiles (Heb.-heathen). Today over 3 billion of them claim to be Christians. But, like their Jewish brethren, they refuse to believe Christ’s Words (Oracles), Words that He heard from the Father and “speaks” to the world today in the most purchased and most stolen book in the history of printing. This is the “thing” that man must believe and obey in order to inherit eternal life. Like the Jews, THEY HAVE “IT” BUT REFUSE TO BELIEVE AND OBEY “IT” SO THAT THEY MIGHT BE SAVED. Like their Jewish brethren they “hear but do not believe, see but do not perceive. Their hearts have become gross, their ears are dull of hearing and their eyes they have closed.” In spite of Jesus telling them that they will be JUDGED by “it,” they refuse to believe and obey “it.” Because they have God’s Oracles, they have the “thing” that can produce salvation sitting on their coffee tables and on their book shelves. They take “it” to church each week and refer to “it” occasionally. However, like their spiritual brethren, they neither believe nor obey it. Instead they believe and obey Satan’s false prophets who teach them the perverted gospel of their respective denominations (Gal. 1:6-9). This ministry has been ordained by God to tell the Counterfeit Church what He says about both them and the Word they reject. This I do to tens of thousands of people from around the world. Many are “hearing” God’s Word for the first time. But having been brainwashed by false Christianity, how many have broken free from Satan and are “listening?” I leave you with this warning from Jesus Himself as recorded in Luke 10:17. Here is speaking to His faithful ministers then and now: “He that hears you hears Me; and he that despises you despises Me; and he who despises Me despises Him that sent Me.” No one who despises God, Jesus, their Word and Their messenger will enter the Kingdom of God. The Institutional Church has never heard God’s Truth. What they hear is man’s wishful thinking about God’s Truth. What they call “truth” is merely “church doctrine” which in no way reflects God’s written will. See the Introduction to this website for a list of a few of the heathen beliefs and customs found in church doctrine. L.J.
