Jesus, Israel And The Dogs (Pt. 1)

“I came only for the lost sheep of the House of Israel.”  So said Jesus of Nazareth.  This is a Truth believed by only a minutely few of those who claim Him as their Savior.  In fact, the church masses claim that He lied when making that statement found in Matthew 15:24, just as He lied about so many other things.  Which makes one wonder why they keep dropping His name, carrying Bibles, wearing crosses, attending church, and most hypocritical of all, quoting Scripture which He spoke to the prophets and apostles who repeated His Words and recorded them.  Their words were later codified into what church people call “the Holy Bible” which, ironically, they say is filled with more of His lies.  This ministry is dedicated to proving that, what the church calls lies are in fact the eternal Truths by which they will be judged (Jn. 12:48).  Unless, that is, that was just one more lie.  Read verses 44-50 for all that Jesus said (supposedly lied about) in that statement.  Anyone who cannot see Satan’s hand stirring the church pot has been blinded by him.

Did Jesus leave heaven, become a human being, suffer and die for Israel only?  Is the Bible written to, for and about Israel only?  Were all of the promises found in the Holy Scriptures made to Israel and no one else?  Was the Apostle Paul, who received his gospel directly from Jesus Christ (Gal. 1:12), wrong when he wrote in Romans 15:8 that Jesus came to earth as “a minister of the circumcision (Israel) for the TRUTH OF GOD TO CONFIRM THE PROMISES (GOD) MADE TO THE (ISRAELITE) FATHERS,” whom God identified as ABRAHAM, ISAAC AND JACOB in Acts 7:32.  We know that these statements are God’s Truths, for Jesus identified the “TRUTH OF GOD”  as His WORD (LAW) in John 17:17.  Are Romans 15:8 and Acts 7:32 simply more lies, as the Institutional Church proclaims?  Are Gentiles (anyone not an Israelite) disqualified from receiving the promises God made to those who believe and obey Him?

This website in general and this series in particular answer all of the questions posed above.   This study will feature a number of Scriptural passages that will reveal God’s purpose for both Israelites and Gentiles (goy–heathen).  God labels as heathen anyone who does not obey His Law–Genesis to Revelation–which He summarized and condensed into the Ten Commandments.  Anyone who would spend eternity with Him in His kingdom must OBEY ALL TEN COMMANDMENTS, including #4–the Sabbath commandment.  To drive home the importance of His weekly Sabbath, which He calls “My holy day” in Isaiah 58:13, the Almighty made a special covenant with Israel in which the 7th day (Saturday) Sabbath is identified as the “sign” that one belongs to Him (Exo. 31:12-18).  However, observance of God’s Sabbath is only one of the signs that one is God’s child.  One can faithfully observe the Sabbath and be rejected by God.  Recall that the prodigal continued to be his father’s son even though he was “lost” and “dead.”  Notice that the father said “MY SON was DEAD, and is alive again; he was LOST and is found.”  If he had not voluntarily returned to his father, the prodigal would have remained “lost” and “dead” (Lk. 15:24), even though he would have remained his father’s son.  Remember also that the Sabbath commandment is only one of ten commandments that must be obeyed in order to qualify for eternal life.  The Apostle James made it clear that if one breaks one commandment, one has broken the entire Law (2:10).

Another passage that speaks to Israel’s place in God’s heart, and that proves that the world will one day belong to Israel is Acts 1:7.  Jesus has returned from heaven and, for the past 40 days, has been speaking to His 120 disciples “the things pertaining to the Kingdom of God.”  This is the kingdom that He will establish on earth following His Second Advent.  Read The Kingdom of God.  Key word–kingdom.  When He had finished, His disciples asked Him: “Will You at this time RESTORE AGAIN THE KINGDOM TO ISRAEL?”  Jesus replied that it was not for them to know when He would return and restore Israel to her intended position.  Until then the Gentiles would be in charge of the world system.  This period leading up to the end of the age is called “the times of the Gentiles” (Lk. 21;24).  Upon His return the “times of the Gentiles” will come to an end–will have been “fulfilled”–and the Israelite ruled Kingdom of God will begin and will last throughout eternity.

After establishing His New Covenant Church among the Jews in Judea, Jesus focused His and His apostles’ attention on the Israelites who had been scattered throughout the Gentile world (Jer. 9:10) because of their sins.  In Micah 5:7-9 the prophet says that “the REMNANT (SMALL PORTION) OF (SCATTERED) ISRAEL would be like “dew in the midst of many (Gentile) people like showers upon grass ….  And the REMNANT OF JACOB (ISRAEL) will be among the Gentiles like a lion among the beasts of the forests and like a young lion among the flocks of sheep who, if he (the lion–remnant of Israel) treads down people and tears them (beasts and sheep) in pieces, no one will be able to deliver them (beasts and sheep) from him (the lion–Israel).”  The lion refers to the United States and Britain which were peopled primarily by the descendants of Manasseh and Ephraim, the two sons of Joseph.  God had promised Abraham that one of his descendants would become the greatest nation ever to exist on earth (the U.S.) while another of his descendants would become the greatest commonwealth ever to exist on earth (Great Britain).  Read Who and Where is Israel Today?  Key word–Today.  Those two God-blessed nations would together rule the world for a time.  This was the case between the early 1800’s until the late 1960’s, at which time both nations began to fall away from the Lord.  Today that fall is almost complete.

God, Who “knows the beginning from the end,” foresaw that these two great, world-dominating nations would fall away from Him.  Therefore, after prophesying of their future greatness (Mic. 5:7-9), He then prophesied their incredible fall from grace in Micah 5:10-15.  This is were we are today as both those nations, along with the Jews of the Middle East, have turned our backs on Him and have gone after Satan.  As a result, all three nations will be destroyed, defeated and enslaved in foreign lands in the near future.  Thank you for staying with me as I ventured off the subject as I am prone to do.

In Matthew 10:6 we find Jesus sending His apostles to the Israelites who had been scattered throughout the world’s Gentile (heathen) nations.  We find Him telling them to: “Go not unto the Gentiles nor to any city of the Samaritans, but GO TO THE LOST SHEEP OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL” who were living in the midst of the world’s Gentiles.  By that time those Israelites had become spiritual Gentiles by adopting the ways, including the religions, of the Gentiles.  Jesus commissioned His apostles to find the Israelites and tell them that their Messiah had come as promised by the Old Testament prophets.  Those Israelites who believed their Gospel message of the kingdom would become lights to the Gentiles among whom they lived.  Some of the Gentiles would see their LIGHT, be drawn to it, believe it, be converted and obey it unto salvation.  That LIGHT was, and still is, the WORD/LAW OF GOD–Genesis to Revelation.  In John 8:12 Jesus told the disciples that as long as He was in the world He (the WORD–Jn. 1:1-4) was “THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD.”  Upon His departure they–the disciples–would be the light of the world.  This meant that He and they would be light (Word/Law) bearers who would present God’s holy Word/Law to the Gentiles.  L.J.
