This ministry, small as it is, has been ordained by God to serve as a voice of warning to the Institutional Church and the nation. True to my calling I have repeatedly pointed the accusative finger at Catholicism/ Protestantism when the subject involves spiritual and social apostasy–falling away from core beliefs. Let me be clear about God’s message as spoken and written by me. Historically, in every nation in which Christianity has been the dominant religion, the church has served as the guiding light for the people–all people. This most important role within the world’s self-identified Christian Nations was in effect as late as the early 1900’s. Until the turn of the century both churched and unchurched people looked to the church for help when serious trouble arose. In the past it was not unusual for national governments to declare days of prayer and fasting for their citizens, calling on them to sacrifice their comfort while spending time on their knees before Almighty God during times of individual and national crisis. “God bless our nation” has become the mantra of church people throughout the Christian world. The most hardened of atheists at least kept quiet while those around them called out to God for help. But something was missing.
Though the Lord repeatedly revealed His grace and patience by saving those nations from themselves time and again, those in their religious institutions refused to believe and obey Him. During times of trial religious zeal would rise up and sweep through the churches. God would move on the nation’s behalf. This would inevitably be followed by a spiritual cool-down as the threat grew less severe. Eventually the people would fall back into line with Satan’s agenda for them–obedience to church doctrine. This hot-cold, hot-cold phenomenon was not new. Many centuries earlier ancient Israel had set the standard for such spiritual yo-yoing among those who call themselves by God’s name. The people of the United States–Israel’s physical and spiritual descendants–simply picked up where their parents left off. LIKE ISRAEL OF OLD, AMERICA REFUSED TO BELIEVE AND OBEY GOD’S WORD. But unlike the Israelites, Americans did not and still do not ask for forgiveness of their sins. Their request is singular–“God bless America.” Why do those who call themselves by His name refuse to ask for individual and national forgiveness of sins, but continue to ask for relief from their problems?
Some 17 centuries ago Satan raised up an all-powerful church, called it Catholic (universal), and through it dominated much of the “Christian” world for hundreds of years. By forcing the heathen masses into her fold, she became the dominant religious force of the time by having the mighty Roman Empire do her bidding. Only God’s few true saints refused to bow to the devil’s will. Since that time the Lord’s “Little Flock” has stayed the course, worshiping and serving Him in obedience to His Word. Meanwhile, the rest of so-called Christianity (Catholicism/Protestantism) has taken the path of least resistance by serving and worshiping Satan. Because of her miniscule size and social voice, God’s church has remained relatively silent. A few ministers have spoken out within their own ranks from time to time, but their voices carried no farther than the walls that surrounded them. Rather than being a clarion of Truth to the world, they were muffled to the point of impotence. Then came radio, television and the internet. Now the Truth is being broadcast worldwide 24/7 by a few faithful ministers. Now the entirety of humanity can hear God’s Word attack the heathenism of the Counterfeit Church. However, few are listening. The reason is that those who are speaking Truth to power are very few in number. And those who rail against Satan’s church system are being marginalized by that system. Still, those of us who are calling out warnings from the Lord continue our efforts. Tiny as it is at the present time, this ministry has been commissioned by the Lord to speak His Truth to all who have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the nations. That Truth consists of repeating the warnings found in the Holy Bible. L.J.
