I watched the Republican debate/debacle last evening and was reminded of why this nation is lying face down in the sewer. With just five words Senator Lindsey Graham summarized the reason why this God-created, once-blessed nation is destined to go down to defeat. He said: “Islam is not our enemy.” Unfortunately, he was right–the Satan-blinded majority of voters in this country do not see Islam as their enemy. Due to a combination of Biblical ignorance, apathy and unbelief, they fail to understand that ISLAM IS GOD’S ENEMY, and that those who acknowledge any other god are the Biblical God’s mortal enemies, and that unless they become truly converted they will die in the Lake of Fire. Being “active in church” will have no effect on the lake’s temperature. The Counterfeit Church, having embraced many other gods and their doctrines, has led the movement to make heathen-embracing America God’s enemy.

Treason is defined as betrayal, treachery or breach of allegiance or faith toward a sovereign or government. God said in Commandment #1 that there can be no other gods before (beside) Him. This He made clear in an episode involving His Ark of the Covenant.  The Lord’s Ark represented the Lord Himself in that it contained His will for mankind in the form of the Ten Commandments. Following Israel’s rejection of the Lord, He allowed the Philistines to capture His Ark. “And the Philistines took the Ark of God and … brought it into the house of Dagon (their fish god) and set it by (before) Dagon. And when they … arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon was FALLEN UPON HIS FACE TO THE EARTH BEFORE THE ARK OF THE LORD.” Incredibly, they picked him up and set him back in place. When they checked on him the following morning, “Behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face before the Ark of the Lord, and his head (thinking) and both the palms of his hands (doing) were cut off …. Only the stump of Dagon was left to him.” THIS EPISODE REVEALS GOD’S ATTITUDE TOWARD ANY AND ALL OTHER GODS–THEY ARE HIS ENEMIES. ANYONE WHO ACKNOWLEDGES THEM IS COMMITTING IDOLATRY, WHICH IS SPIRITUAL TREASON, WHICH IS SIN, THE WAGES OF WHICH IS DEATH. WELCOMING MUSLIMS INTO THIS COUNTRY IS BOTH IDOLATRY AND TREASON.

And yet we have “Christians” who want to embrace Muslims on a religious level (‘It’s what God would have us do”) in spite of the command from that same God to have nothing to do with those of any other religion. By welcoming Muslims “according to God’s will,” heathen embracers reject not only the example set by Ruth the Moabitess when she accepted the Israelite religion (“Your God will be my God and your people will be my people”), but also the words of King Solomon found in 1 Kings 8:41-43. Here we find Solomon reminding the Israelites of what the Lord had said to King David, as well as David’s reply– “Moreover, concerning strangers who are not of Your people Israel, but (have) come out of a far country FOR YOUR NAME’S SAKE (to embrace Him). (They will come because) they shall HEAR OF YOUR GREAT NAME and of Your strong hand, and of Your stretched out arm. When they (the strangers–Gentiles) shall COME AND PRAY TOWARD THIS HOUSE (the Temple), Hear You in heaven Your dwelling place, and do according to all that the strangers call to You to do, so that all people of the earth may KNOW YOUR NAME, TO FEAR YOU … THAT THEY MAY KNOW THAT THIS HOUSE … IS CALLED BY YOUR NAME.” God’s “house”–His Temple–is no longer in Jerusalem. As is made clear in the following passages, God’s saints are His temple: “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God?” (1 Cor. 3:16). “The temple of God is holy; which temple ye are” (1 Cor. 3:17). “For ye are the temple of the living God. What agreement has the temple of God with idols (or idolators)? What concord has Christ with Belial (Satan-the heathens’ god)? What communion has light with darkness, righteousness with unrighteousness?” (2 Cor. 6:16). Incredibly, according to many church people, they go hand-in-hand.

A recent poll revealed that 80% of the world’s Muslims want to be governed by Sharia law–NOT THE LAW OF THE BIBLICAL GOD, WHOM THEY REJECT. They do not come to the United States “for Your name’s sake … because they hear of Your great name and Your outstretched arm.” Nor do they “pray toward this house” (recognize God’s saints and call them by His name). THEY REJECT GOD, HIS PEOPLE AND HIS NAME. And yet we have people who relish the idea of having Muslims in our midst. This comes as no surprise. For hundreds of years those people and their ancestors have insisted that the heathen have the welcome mat rolled out for them. The Counterfeit Church, which owns the red carpet, has been instrumental in legitimizing pagans by labeling as “Christians” the heathen who have polluted this once “Christian nation.” Check out the doctrines of Catholicism/Protestantism and you will see that many of her foundational principles are those adopted from the heathen world. President Obama was right in saying that “America is not a Christian nation” in spite of having “One Nation Under God” in her pledge and “In God We Trust” on her currency. As it turns out, both statements are correct. The problem is that the god referred to is Satan. The proof, as they say, is in the pudding. America’s pudding has become putrid. L.J.
