In Leviticus 26:22 God pronounces a strange curse on the United States (as well as Great Britain and the Jews of the Middle East).  Here He warns that, because of their sins, the people will be killed in a variety of ways, one of which is by “beasts of the earth” (22/ Rev. 6:8).   {With liberal politicians in power (they will have total power in the future), several scenarios come to mind based on what has already taken place and what is being done today by those in power.  Relative to the focal passage, the political left is pushing hard for “gun control” which invariably leads to gun confiscation.  Without guns, Godless man has no chance against wild animals.  Each year a number of people walking or jogging in wooded areas are killed by mountain lions and bears.  Without guns to keep them at bay and their numbers under control, animals would multiply rapidly and would terrorize the human race.  Then there is the move on the part of liberals to give animals, as well as all other non-human species, the same rights as human beings.  This proposal was put before the United Nations by an American official during the Clinton administration.  With liberals once again in power, we probably have not heard the last of that idea.  If such an ideology does become the law of the land, man would not be allowed to either cage wild animals or kill them.  Many animals, including the most deadly, reproduce in litters.  God warns that a time is coming when animals will routinely eat human children.  Today we frequently hear about family dogs killing children, and in some cases, adults.  A while back I faced four large pit bulldogs that were coming at me full throttled with ears laid back, hackles up and fangs showing.  I had no chance against them.  As they raced toward me they suddenly stopped in their tracks a few feet away.  The Lord stopped them.  There is no other explanation.  Without the power of God surrounding me, they would have surely killed me.  The vast majority of people have no such protection.  We must understand that if things continue as they are progressing, anything, even the most illogical of mental absurdities, is possible.  Concerning the possibilities surrounding the animal versus human situation, consider the following reality.  It is against the law to kill an unhatched baby eagle, for which the perpetrator can receive prison time and a hefty fine.  However, it is not only legal to murder an unborn baby, our government will help finance the procedure.  During the last presidential campaign Joe Biden promised that, if elected, his administration would finance abortions throughout the world at taxpayer expense.  He stayed true to his word.  The United States is now the world’s number one financier of fetal murder.  This being the case, nothing is beyond possibility}.

Because of their sins, the Lord will trap the masses inside cities where diseases will run rampant among the denizens.  Starvation will ensue.  He will turn the cities into desolate waste areas of destruction (25,26,31).   {Today over 50% of Americans live in cities of 5,000 or more.  Inner cities are hotbeds of crime and poverty.  Gun violence is the order of the day.  Death and destruction of property are as common as concrete and have increased exponentially since the liberals took over the three departments of government.  In the inner cities, boys are forced to join gangs in order to survive.  Girls are subject to rape at any moment.  People are afraid to leave their dwellings.  Random attacks on unsuspecting pedestrians is common.  Carjackings have become routine.  Food is becoming more scarce.  Theft of food items has caused many grocery stores to leave inner city areas, creating “food deserts.”  This is also true of drug and department stores.  Recently a national pharmacy chain closed six stores in San Francisco alone.  Riots and fires have become predictable news items.  Gangs have taken over large segments of the nation’s major cities.  Tent cities populated by drug addicts consume large parts of many cities.  Panhandlers accost shoppers.  Muggings are rampant.  And the worst is yet to come as more liberal politicians are elected, pass anti-citizen legislation which allows illegal aliens, along with drug mules, to enter the nation.  Once inside they head directly to the cities}.

In Isaiah 1:2-6 we find God addressing both ancient Israel and her modern day descendants: “I have nourished and brought up children, but they have rebelled against Me.  The ox knows its owner, and the ass knows its master’s crib, but Israel does not know Me; My people do not consider My will.”  Then the prophet himself addresses ancient and modern day Israel: “Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity (Lawlessness), you are the descendants of evil doers, you are corrupt children who have forsaken the Lord, you have provoked the Holy One of Israel to anger.  You have fallen away from Him.  Why must you be stricken (cursed) any more?  You rebel more and more (which is why they are stricken more and more).  You are sick in your head; your heart (mind) faints.  From the sole of your foot to the top of your head there is no soundness in you.  There are only wounds, bruises and putrefying sores (from being cursed).  You have not repented and been healed.”

Then in verse 7 the prophet perfectly describes modern day Israel/America: “Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire; you are overrun by strangers who consume the fruits of your labors while you watch.”

God is speaking to the modern day children of Israel–the United States/ Britain and the Jews of the Middle East.  He will soon unleash heathen nations on them who will destroy them, slaughter their citizens and take the survivors back to their countries as slaves.  There they will pine away as they labor under the iron hand of their conquerors.  And it could have all been avoided.  This series has revealed the future in graphic detail in accordance with God’s Holy Word.  For those few who obey Him, God is preparing a place of safety where He will protect them and provide for them throughout the coming Tribulation and Day of the Lord.  I weep inside, and at times outside, for my beloved nation, my family and friends who walk blindly along Satan’s path that is leading them straight into what can only be described as hell on earth.  Most of my relatives and friends are religious churchites who have answered Satan’s siren call to join his Catholic/Protestant Church System.  Like sheep being led to slaughter, they file into his citadels of sin every sun god day to hear his ear-scratching hirelings tell them smooth things, lies and deceits, as did their ancestors (Isa. 30:10).

Dearly beloved, seek out, believe and obey the Word of the Lord while it is day, for night comes when His Word will not be heard.  I will continue to work, knowing that the time is coming when I, along with other truth speakers, will be silenced.  L.J.
