The Lord’s message concerning blessing from Him and cursing from Him is as it has always been–THE CHOICE IS OURS. We decide whether we will be blessed or cursed, whether we will allow God or Satan to “walk” in us, whether we will be God’s light or Satan’s darkness in this evil, Satan-dominated world, whether we will be among the few who enter God’s strait gate and walk His narrow path to the Kingdom  of God or enter Satan’s wide gate and walk his broad path that leads to the Lake of Fire. Revelation 12:9 tells us that Satan has deceived the vast majority within professing Christendom into following him while “knowing” that they are following God. Having been one of the deceived for most of my life I can speak from personal experience and Scriptural Truth. I praise the Almighty that He allowed me to live in both worlds. Because of this I can write and speak with authority from both perspectives. I praise Him for His incredible longsuffering and grace.

Among the revelations with which the Lord has blessed me is the realization that man is the captain of his own ship. Man is the sole determiner of his relationship with his Maker. Jesus told the 12 God-chosen disciples that He would lay down His life for His friends. He then told them that they would be His friends “… IF YOU DO WHATSOEVER I COMMAND YOU TO DO” (Jn. 15:13,14). We are told that at the time of judgment He will “open the books” (of the Bible) and will compare each man’s life to the content of those books to see how he stacks up against God’s written commands (Rev. 20:12). Jesus lamented the fact that only a few will be counted worthy of spending eternity on His throne with Him (Rev. 3:21/Mat. 7:13,14).

We are also told that that many others will come to the Lord during the Great Tribulation and the Day of the Lord and will be beheaded for doing so. Many of these will have been in church all of their lives, will have believed that they were saved, born again, rapture ready, etc. Read about the five foolish virgins. These people who, like the Apostle Paul, came on the God scene, will be allowed into the Kingdom of God but not in universe headquarters where only the Very Elect will reside and from where they will rule the universe, including angels.  L.J.
