First Peter

Verses nineteen through twenty-one: These three verses served (serves) as a reminder that true saints have been redeemed by the shedding of the blood of the innocent, spotless, blemishless Lamb of God Who agreed to die for the sins of mankind. Peter was also writing to correct those in the church–then and now–who believe that the sinless Jesus died so that sinful church members could/can stay their spiritual course without fear of God’s wrath. These so-called “sinners saved by grace” have this Satanic theology rooted in their religious dna where Adam’s permanent sin seed has been supposedly planted by him, rendering them unable to obey the Lord. God, the theory goes, has no choice but to allow this generational sin-injection process to take place without interference. I refuse to worship such a weak, beggarly, wimpy god. See Human Nature. The Counterfeit Church, however, proclaims his greatness every sun god worship day (Sunday). While holding up His Word they praise, honor, worship and obey the god whom He condemns in the very Word they are holding. While wearing a cross on their persons they openly defy, reject and rebel against the One Who died on it. According to religious man, He who had no sin died a most horrible death so that they could sin and get away with it. “Irony” fails to describe this Satanic “truth” the church so proudly proclaims.

Peter address true saints in the church in verse 21, reminding them that just as God raised Jesus from the dead and glorified Him, so He will do for those who believe and obey His Word. This, as the apostle points out, is the essence of the true believer’s hope and faith in the promises of God. See Hope and Salvation. The Holy Bible is the Lord’s one and only Standard by which all will be judged (Jn. 12:44-50). All other church “truths” are of human (Satanic) origin and must be rejected by God’s people. “Show me in the Word” is the mantra of the true saint of God. No Word-no Truth, no matter how spiritual the word being spoken might be. Recall that Satan spoke God’s Truth to Eve, except for the addition of one small word–“not.” That one word changed a soul-saving Godly Truth into a soul-condemning Satanic lie. Incredibly, the organization that openly and loudly swears to believe and obey God’s Truth openly and loudly rejects it in favor of Satan concocted “truths,” each designed to scratch the itching ears of those who put them forth as God’s gospel. See Galatians 1:6-9. Having been such an ear-itcher and now being surrounded by ear-itchers, I can speak from an insider’s perspective. And just as I have seen God’s light and have followed it out of the devil’s church system (Catholicism/Protestantism), I can affirm that the difference between the true Church of God and the false church of Satan is the difference between light and darkness. My desire is that some website readers and YouTube watchers (proveallthingsofgod) will follow God’s light out of false religion and into His true religion. God says in Matthew 7:13,14 that “few” will “find” God’s gate and “strive” to enter it. Will you be one of the peculiar, rejected, hated few whom He calls His sanctified “holy nation?” L.J.
