Faith is faith, right? If one has faith in Jesus Christ one is saved, right? From listening to what is put forth as “the word of the Lord” one would think so. The consensus within professing Christendom is that as long as one believes that Jesus died for one’s sins, takes Him as his Savior, joins the church, gets baptized, etc., one is therefore SAVED and need only believe in Him in order to inherit a heavenly mansion. However, if the Bible is to be believed NOT ONE WORD STATED ABOVE  IS TRUE, but is rather the STRONG DELUSION God sends to those who do not LOVE THE TRUTH. This delusion is designed to cause them to BELIEVE A LIE (2 Thes. 2:10-12). “Impossible,” cries the churchite. “God would never do that to church people.” In other words, He lied. Misconception relative to God’s character and personality is as old as this world. Throughout His Word the Lord proclaims that He is not what He is portrayed to be. Religious people have embraced Satan’s portrayal of the Lord. Man’s wishful thinking has caused him to believe that he is dealing with sweet baby Jesus in a manger. What both the churched and the unchurched world is facing is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. AND HE IS FILLED WITH WRATH directed toward those who proclaim Him but do not obey Him. The Institutional Church is now in the Laodicean (final) era of church history. To understand God’s anger toward her one need only read Revelation 3:14-20. The underlying problem is what it has always been–LACK OF LOVE FOR GOD’S TRUTH and rejection of those who proclaim it. Jesus said in John 10:16 that rejection of His Word means that one despises both Him and His Father. The church says “only believe.” Someone is lying. The church points the finger at the Lord.

God decrees that those who are called by His name and love His Word must live by faith in that Word. Billions of people claim to live by faith. The question is: WHICH FAITH? If a parishioner professes faith but does not obey God’s written Word he is operating on DEAD FAITH (Jam. 2:14,17,18,20). Since the Garden of Eden, Satan has put forth his dead (counterfeit) faith as the Lord’s living faith. And since Adam and Eve set their dead faith example, 99.99% of their descendants have followed in their spiritual footsteps.

Our original parents believed God when He told them that if they ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they would die. I will now prove that the faith they initially possessed was in fact His faith which they could retain only by obeying His Words. Unlike their son Abel, they failed to do so. I will now use the Holy Scriptures to show that the faith God’s Very Elect possess is faith given/loaned to them by the Godhead. In the Kingdom of God there will be no need for faith in that failure will not be an option.

In closing this posting I will provide several more passages of Scripture which prove that the faith possessed by true saints is in fact the faith of the Godhead which has been imparted to them for safe keeping. Those who retain that faith until the end of this life will receive eternal life (Mat. 10:20). It is important that one understand that when Jesus declared that man must live by EVERY WORD that proceeds from the mouth of God, HE MEANT EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID. “Every Word” means every Word. It is for this reason that in the Bible one will find that when the Godhead refers to the Holy Bible They use the singular term “Word,” not Words–plural. This means that They view the entire Bible as Their singular message to all of mankind. For this reason They command that man must not add to or remove one Word from the Bible which is Their Law by which They rule Their Very Elect. Those who do not believe and obey Their Law are not ruled by Them and are therefore not part of Their church body. Such people are in fact sinners, for sin is the breaking of the Law (1 Jn. 3:4) which is summarized in the Ten Commandments. For proof that the true saint’s faith is in fact faith on loan to them from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, study Ephesians 3:12/ Philippians 3:9/ James 2:1 and Revelation 14:12 with a heart (mind) open to the Truth.  L.J.
