“Because you have kept the Word of My patience, I also will KEEP you FROM the hour of temptation that will come upon all the world to try them that dwell upon the earth” (Rev. 3:10). During the true saint’s walk along Christ’s narrow, restrictive, His-way-only path to New Jerusalem there will come a time when the world will explode into chaos, destruction and death that, as Jesus tells us, will be worse than all of curses He has ever poured out on mankind COMBINED (Mat. 24:21). The Lord promises His Very Elect saints that He will take them to a place of safety where we will be protected FROM the effects of the 3 1/2 years of temptation” that is coming upon the earth as Moses and Noah were protected during the trying times in which they lived.

Numerous nations, with “the basest of men” at the helm of many of them (Dan. 4:17), have nuclear weapons. Man has never invented a weapon that he did not eventually use. This fact reminds us that this world is about to explode into a cauldron of terror when the “king of the south” comes against the “king of the north” and World War III explodes onto the world scene. Unlike the first two world wars, this one will involve EVERY human being on earth, with the exception of God’s remnant of obedient souls whom He will protect and provide for during the “hour of temptation,” Scripturally known as the Great Tribulation and the Great and Terrible Day of the Lord. Notice in the Scriptural reference above the Word “from” which means that God’s saints will not be “raptured” off of the earth, but will instead be protected in the midst of the horror that will envelop the planet. With the world already showing signs of mass lunacy, the final time of horror is just over the horizon. THIS TIME OF TERROR WILL COME BECAUSE JESUS PROPHESIED IT. It is not a matter of “if,” but a matter of “when.” If the prophesied signs of the times are any indication, “when” will take place within the next few years. Long ago I asked the Lord to allow me witness His return to earth. I will witness His arrival. I will be 83 next month. Do the math.

Are you keeping God’s Word in your heart (mind)? Are you overcoming Satan’s continuous calls to defy God and obey Him? Are you praying for this ministry as I strive to do what I can do while I am allowed to do it? The forces of evil are hard at work to control, if not shut down, ministries like this one, even to offering financial rewards to those who would turn us in because something we say or write offends some people. I offend 99,99% of those who hear or read me. As the Lord warned, we must “work while it is day, for night comes when no man can work.” That day is approaching rapidly.

To those who are obedient to God’s Law, Jesus says: “BEHOLD, I COME QUICKLY; HOLD THAT FAST WHICH YOU HAVE, SO THAT NO MAN CAN TAKE YOUR CROWN” (Rev. 3:11). We must realize who we are and the responsibility we have been given as we tread His path of holiness that leads to New Jerusalem. Jesus said: “He that overcomes (Satan and self) I will make a pillar in the temple of My God and he will go out no more” (vs 12). During the Millennium we will be positioned in God’s universe headquarters for all eternity as we serve as caretakers of the universe. Read about this Truth using the key word–Caretakers.

Verse 12 continues: “… and I will write upon him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, which is New Jerusalem, which will come down from heaven from My God, and I will write upon him my new name.” Think about it: SAINTS WILL HAVE GOD’S NAME AND THE NAME OF HIS CITY WRITTEN ON OUR BODIES BY THE LORD HIMSELF. This is the same God Who wrote the Ten Commandments with His finger on stone. Could there be a connection?

As mentioned in the previous posting, God’s true saints are heirs and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ (Rom. 8:14-23). His Very Elect Law-keepers will inherit the entire universe and will, with Jesus, rule it. This passage states that the entire creation of God groans (yearns) for the heirs to rise up and take charge of God’s creation. His people are also groaning for their rebirth from physical to spiritual beings so that we can receive what God has promised, which will take place during the first resurrection. Hebrews 1:1,2 states that Jesus Christ is the “heir of all things.” AND HIS SAINTS ARE JOINT (EQUAL) HEIRS WITH HIM. Hebrews 2:8 states that God has “put all things in subjection under his (mankind’s) feet,” and that there is nothing that has not been put under man’s feet. At present we are heirs (holders of the promise). Upon Christ’s return He will receive His promised inheritance (rulership of the universe with its headquarters in what is known as the Promised Land). Being joint-heirs, we will, with Him, receive the same inheritance at that time–following the first resurrection–the “resurrection of the just(tified)”–Luke 14:14. Read Romans 2:13. All of God’s promises point us to New Jerusalem–the crown jewel of God’s creation. Abraham understood this and looked forward to entering that city.

Abraham served God and overcame Satan as he “looked for a city … Whose Builder and Maker was God” (Heb. 11:10). Abraham, the “father of the faithful,” believed God and knew that He would bring this special city to earth when He came here to spend eternity with His loyal children. John also saw the future and wrote about it: “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away and there was no more sea. And I, John, saw the HOLY CITY–NEW JERUSALEM–coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband” (Rev. 21:1,2). New Jerusalem is unseen reality; she is also man’s only hope.

John continues: “And He said unto me: ‘It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that thirsts water from the fountain of life freely. HE THAT OVERCOMES WILL INHERIT ALL THINGS AND I WILL BE HIS GOD AND HE WILL BE MY SON” (vss 6,7). Notice that we must overcome Satan’s temptations to sin BEFORE being awarded sonship. Just believing in Jesus is meaningless. As the Apostle James tells us, faith without works of faith (obedience to what one has faith in–God’s Word) accomplishes nothing. Read James 2:10,14,17.18 20,24,26. Those who answer God’s call to come out of Satan’s world and into God’s family must overcome the devil. Family members must hunger and thirst for holiness that can be gained only by obeying God’s Truth. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will inherit all things in the universe. Those who do will inherit the universe which now groans in eager anticipation for our arrival. Read God’s Very Elect. Key word–Caretakers.

We must diligently work to overcome Satan’s lures that would take us off our chosen path as we make our way to New Jerusalem. This vision keeps our focus on the prize at the end of life’s race. We, like Jesus before us, will have our trials, tests and temptations. We must rely on the power of the Holy Spirit to enable us to fight Satan–and win. Only winners will enter New Jerusalem wearing the crowns of universal kingship.

Jesus warns us about false prophets who will “take our crowns.” Salvation whores are working the airwaves like never before. One of them tells us to repeat a simple prayer, and that at the end of it one is INSTANTLY SAVED AND WILL GO TO HEAVEN. WHAT ABOUT THE RACE THAT MUST BE RUN-–AND WON? (1 Cor. 9:24). What about ENDURING TO THE END OF LIFE in holiness in order to receive salvation? (Mat. 10:22). What about the END RESULT of righteousness and holiness being salvation? (Rom. 5:21; 6:22).
