In his book titled The Golden Bough Sir James Frazer notes that the church has continuously worked to unite heathenism and Christianity in order to form one universal religious body that would appeal to everyone regardless of one’s theology. She has been extremely successful as this website has proven. Today billions of people serve Satan as one church body having two heads and hundreds of mini-churches. Frazer points out that one example of her success is the universal celebration of Easter which replaces the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ with the death and resurrection of another “miraculously conceived,” and “miraculously resurrected” god–Tammuz–who leaves the sun and returns to earth each December 25 to deliver gifts to his worshipers on his birthday. The Biblical God warns about this false god in Ezekiel 8. Incredibly, the whole of professing Christendom continues to worship and honor him while believing that she is exalting Jesus Christ. Satan has pulled off the ultimate switch. Let us now see how this abomination made its way into the Catholic/Protestant Church System.

As previously stated, the problem began when the Catholic Church persuaded the Roman Government to force all people within the empire to be “saved” and join the Catholic Church. In order to appease the multitudes of pagans being forced to “convert” at the point of a sword, the church hierarchy embraced their gods and their religious beliefs by incorporating into the church’s doctrinal system. The drastic doctrinal additions brought about wholesale changes in the church’s “walk.”  The Introduction to this website lists a number of such changes. By keeping their congregations ignorant of the Bible, church leaders convinced them that what they were being told was “God’s Truth.” The whole of Christendom continues to believe and obey Satan’s perverted gospel to this day.

The celebration of Easter involves three personages: Nimrod, Semiramis and their son Tammuz. The elevation of sexual lust to deity level began with the death of Nimrod, a Biblical character of considerable stature who had been instrumental in the building of the Tower of Babel. Following Nimrod’s death his widowed wife, who was also his mother, found herself with child long after such should have been the case. Her explanation for her ill-timed pregnancy?–an “immaculate conception.” It seems that upon his death Nimrod had taken up residence on the sun and had become the sun god. Not wanting his earth-bound congregations to be without a god, he had impregnated Simiramus with his rays. The miracle child–Tammuz–was born on December 25. Amazingly, a number of heathen gods were born on that same date. The miracle child was presented to the people as the divine son of the divine sun god. Recall that following his death at age 40 Tammuz had joined his father and had become the sun god. Being the mother of the divinely born child made Semiramis equally divine, prompting her to assume the title: “Queen of Heaven.” It is from this ruse that the Mother and Child theme came to prominence throughout the heathen world. Having embraced that world and its various theologies, the Mother and Child theme came to be accepted within the Catholic Church. However, God’s people refused to accept the new god and were persecuted for doing so. Over time some 50,000,000 people would die at the command of the Catholic Church because they would not accept her heathen beliefs and practices. Many of those martyrs were God’s true saints who chose death over life within Satan’s church system.

As worship of the sun god and his mother spread throughout the world the Mother and Child theme had come to be known by a variety of names depending on the society in which they were found. Here are a few examples: Astarte and Baal, Cybele and Attis, Aphrodite and Adonis. Later, Madonna and Child came to be worshiped within the Counterfeit Church. Upon being recognized as deity by the English speaking world, Tammuz’s mother’s name was changed to Easter.
