Anyone who doubts that the United States is rapidly dying from within, and that Satan is in charge of her internal affairs need only examine the FBI’s Uniform Crime Report published for public viewing every year.  The massive tome, which the government makes available to most libraries, shows the number of crimes committed in each crime category throughout the nation the previous year.  This information that is provided by state, county and city police departments and is compiled and presented for public examination.  The following statistics reveal the percentage of crime increase in general categories from 2019 to 2020.  From the FBI publication we find that murders were up 29%; drug overdose deaths rose by 30%; gang related killings climbed an astonishing 55%.  The murder increase (29%) is the highest ever recorded from one year to the next.

The drugs coming into the United States were not only deadly, they proved to be the deadliest drugs ever sold on American soil.  For the first time ever, over 100,000 Americans died from drug use in a single year.

Cocaine and heroin have been around for many decades and are known to be especially harmful to the human body.  In certain proportions they cause death.  And now they have been joined by a drug called fentanyl which is highly addictive and potentially deadly.  One parent said publicly that her child was addicted after the first dose.  The child quickly died of an overdose.  The U.S. Coast Guard recently captured a load of fentanyl that was being brought in through the U.S.-Mexican border.  According to officials, the load was big enough to kill every man, woman and child in the nation–some 250 million people.  I saw a picture of the fentanyl that had confiscated.  It fit in the back of a truck.  Officials admit that they apprehend only a percentage of drug shipments coming into the United States.  They would not be coming if there was no call for them.  America has become a nation of addicts.

In the United States the number of assaults rose by 12% from 2019 to 2020.  Criminal assailants committed nearly 75,000 more violent crimes in 2020 than they committed in 2019.  Although the total number of property crimes fell, the total cost of those crimes rose by nearly 2 billion dollars.  Recorded cases of arson–deliberately set fires–also rose by nearly 35%, a trend that is likely associated with last summer’s BLM riots, which were the most destructive in American history.  The Lord warned about exactly this in Isaiah 24:1-6 where He prophesies that those who reject His Word will “burn with fire.”

I have noted in past postings that as a society becomes more liberal, the society becomes less law and order oriented and more resistant to external controls.  FBI statistics prove that I am right. From 2019 to 2020 Democrat (liberal) controlled cities saw a rise in violent crime far higher than the national average.  For example, murder rose 50% in Chicago, 44% in New York City and 38% in Los Angeles.  The murder rate in Baltimore was higher than either El Salvador and Guatemala, nations known for unusually high murder rates.

In His Word God promises that one of the curses with which He would punish a sinning nation is crime.  In other words, God would allow sin-loving man to do more of what he desires to do–sin.  One of those sins involves crime.  The vast majority of people crossing the U.S.-Mexican border are coming from Catholic countries where crime is an accepted part of the “Christian life.”  As one Catholic explained to me, he could sin and get away with it because, “Mary takes care of it.”  There being no jobs for the tens of thousands of “immigrants” who are streaming into the United States, and their not being able to speak, read or write the English language, how do they plan to feed themselves?  With the Democrats in power, many small business are being taxed and regulated out of business.  Traditionally, small businesses have employ 70% of American workers.  The elimination of those jobs places even more people out of work.  How will they survive?  I will leave the answers to those questions for you to figure out.  But I will point out the fact that as the number of foreigners increases in an area, the crime rate in that area increases proportionately, especially in terms of theft, burglary and robbery.  The vast majority of prison inmates are incarcerated for theft.  With tens of thousands of people flooding the country to take the few jobs that are available, what will people do?  Again, you do the math.

Because she has turned her back on Him, the Almighty has allowed Satan to take over the United States.  Anyone that does not realize this has not been paying attention.  God is allowing the devil free rein to do as he pleases with and to sin-addicted Americans and their new neighbors.  There is one exception to that nation-destroying truth.  God has promised to protect and provide for His true saints in what He calls “Her (the church) place” (Rev. 12;14).  Read Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28 to learn how to EARN the right to be taken there, protected and provided for during the coming Great Tribulation and Day of the Lord.  What He promises those who do not obey Him fills 95% of those two chapters.  If one studies those chapters carefully and compares them to the evening news, one will find that the 95% perfectly describes the “ONE NATION UNDER GOD”–in these end times.  The Lord gets more specific in Revelation 3:14-20 where He goes into detail in describing today’s counterfeit Catholic/Protestant religious system that calls itself “the church.”  Keep in mind that, as goes the church, so goes the nation.  Question: While all of this is going on, where are the true shepherds?  Answer: they are the objects of ridicule and rejection by the nation who claims that “IN GOD WE TRUST.”  Our money fails to mention that the god America is under and in whom she trusts is “the god of this world” (2 Cor. 4:4).

As I have pointed out before, the world-wide apostasy (falling away) of the modern church had its beginnings in the church Christ founded in 31 A.D.  Some 25 years after that glorious Day of Pentecost the Apostle Paul wrote a letter in which he addressed a serious problem that had developed in the churches of Galatia.  In chapter 1 verses 6-9 he chastises many in the churches for embracing the teachings of some self-appointed leaders who were teaching “another Gospel.”  He pointed out that their gospel was not actually new, but was rather a perverted version of God’s true Gospel.  Even then Satan had his prophets stationed within the church system where they led people astray by quoting just enough Scripture to deceive the people into trusting them.  Satan’s version is always geared to the desires of his parishioners.  Recall that he hooked Adam and Eve by quoting God.  However, he inserted one word–“not”–which turned the quote into a lie–a lie they wanted to hear.  They did not want to hear “no” from God relative to the tree which would give them the power to determine good and evil.  Therefore they readily embraced Satan’s “yes” relative to that power.

That would not be the last time God’s people left Him and joined Satan because of he told them what scratched their itching ears.  Jesus addressed this future problem in Matthew 24:4,5,11,24.  Paul also warned the church at Corinth (2 Cor. 11:4) that some therein had become so distracted by Satan’s self-satisfying gospel that if someone presented “another Jesus” to them, they would accept him.  The modern Catholic/Protestant church has done exactly that.  Her god, her christ, her religion and her salvation are all very convincing counterfeits of the true God, the true Christ, the true church and the true future salvation.  See the Introduction to this website for a list of several counterfeit beliefs and practices that Satan has convinced the church to embrace.

The previous paragraph perfectly describes the bloated, leaven-filled modern day “church,” which, if the Scriptures are to be believed, is an abomination to the Head of the true church.  This tiny maligned, rejected church is comprised of those minutely few true believers who cling to His Word in faith and obedience.  In this way the cling to Him.  If Christ can be believed, one’s attitude toward the Gospel reveals one’s attitude toward the Godhead.  In Luke 10:16 He proclaimed to those that do His ministerial work: “He that hears (believes) you hears Me; and he that despises you (because of His Word) despises Me; and he that despised Me despises Him that sent Me.”  The Institutional/counterfeit Church despises God’s Word and those who bring it.  She prefers Satan’s perverted gospel over God’s true Gospel, which Jesus called “Truth” (Jn. 17:17).  Darkness hates light.  A lie hates the truth.  Church people hate God’s people because of the Gospel they proclaim.  For many years I have been proclaiming God’s Truth to the city in which I live via the local newspaper, personal communication, and at one time, local radio.  However, not once have I been invited to speak to a congregation.  Though some have admitted that I am right, they want nothing to do with me.  I once watched a fellow teacher and “friend” hide from me in public for fear of being associated with me.  God tells those who serve Him that the world will hate them.  He was referring to the church world.  The unchurched do not care what God’s messengers say or write.  It is those who live in darkness disguised as light that hate the true light and those who bear it.
