Without government “every man does what is right in his own eyes” (Prov. 21:2). What is wise to one person is unwise to another. What is liberating to one is restrictive to another. Without a singular, agreed-upon standard of behavior, chaos results. Chaos invariably leads to anarchy. In a state of anarchy, each person determines for himself the “right” path to take and walks that path. There not being a centralized standard of behavior and a governmental power to enforce it, each member of the population determines for himself what is “right” and joins with others who are of the same mind-set. Now a unified group, they declare themselves to be in possession of THE “right” way to live life. In which case, all other groups, each one claiming to be THE “right” group, are automatically “wrong.” In the spiritual realm, the end result is what is known today as “Christianity.” A man I know stated that there over 700 “right” church groups (denominations) active on earth at this time. Each one claims to be chosen by God to teach the world its version of “right.” The result of such Satanic-induced lunacy is spiritual anarchy. Question: what was the root cause of professing Christendom’s spiritual anarchy? Answer: the lack of centralized government. Where did such anarchy begin? In the Garden of Eden. where Adam and Eve’s rejection of the government of God (disobeying His command) automatically resulted in their doing what was right in their own eyes. Anarchy breeds more anarchy. The result of Adam and Eve’s later showed up in their first son, Cain. Unfortunately, it did not stop with him.
Adam and Eve’s modern day descendants fill the so-called “Christian nations” in this the final stage of this age. Jesus Christ is coming back to earth to prevent mankind from destroying itself, which he is intent on doing. Christ’s Very Elect saints, He tells us, will aid Him in the process of setting the world straight. A centralized, all-inclusive Law will be used as their point of reference. That Law has been in man’s possession for thousands of years. That Law is the Holy Bible. Law is useless without people to enforce it. God’s saints will be those people. May we all strive to be included in that exalted group. See The Kingdom of God.
King Solomon wrote in Proverbs 29:18 that “Without a vision the people perish.” Most church people can recite that part of the verse and will agree that the statement is true. However, those same people reject the last part of the verse which identifies the vision: “But happy is he who keeps the Law.” Rejection of objectionable parts of Biblical verses is not uncommon. For example, shortly after our last presidential election a famous preacher was filmed praying for the newly elected leader of the free world. In his prayer he supposedly quoted 2 Chronicles 7:14: “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, pray, seek My face AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” Ironically, but not surprisingly, this false prophet left out the most important part of the verse. Why? Because the man he was praying for was an inveterate sinner who has not expressed the faintest desire to stop sinning. Later, our vice president prayed the same prayer, leaving out the same words for all the world to hear and see. Why? Because man does not want to admit sin. In other words, man refuses to obey God’s governmental standards of behavior by refusing to admit that the standard exists. The formula within professing Christendom is: Out of sight, out of sound=out of existence. As a result, this nation, along with all other “Christian nations” finds itself wallowing in Satan’s spiritual abyss. Watch the news. What one sees is anger, hatred, resentment and rejection expressed in words and actions. Question: what is the problem? Answer: rejection of God’s government expressed in written form in the Holy Bible.
As a result of man’s rebellion against His Law, God has turned His back on professing Christendom and the nations in which it exists. Why do the heathen head toward those nations? GOD IS SENDING THEM. Why? Because those who are called by His name have rejected Him. History is repeating itself. God sent Israel and the Jews into military defeat, slaughter and enslavement at the hands of Assyria and Babylon respectively. He is going to do the same thing to the “Christian world,” and for the same reason–rejection of His government. Heading the group headed for destruction is the nation whose lying motto is : One Nation Under God–the God in Whom she supposedly trusts. And who set her on the road to destruction? The Institutional Church, as I have proven time and again on this website and on my YouTube site which can be viewed at proveallthingsofgod, first showed the world how to defy God’s Rules of Engagement and get away with it. Again, why are Christian nations rotting from within? REJECTION OF GOD’S GOVERNMENT–HIS LAW, HIS TRUTH, HIS HOLY BIBLE. L.J.
