Since God determines who rules over the nations of men, I do not vote. Not being a part of that aspect of the American society, I rarely speak or write about politics. When I do delve into that quagmire I try to make clear who does what and why. For a couple of decades I, along with anyone else who pays attention to what is going on in the nation, have noted a concerted push toward Socialism/Communism which necessities the destruction of all individual self-determination. In the past I had believed that those advocating the overthrow of our free enterprise system, our religious and social freedoms, etc. were relative newcomers on the social scene and few in number. Outside of the far right democrats, I believed that their potential power over the nation was limited to a few dozen radicals living along the coastal regions. I WAS WRONG.

I recently finished reading a book that opened my eyes to that fact. A one-time radical left wing democrat named David Horowitz has written what I believe to be the most important book to be published in our lifetime–Dark Agenda. Having realized the truth behind the left’s efforts, Horowitz felt the need to warn the nation of its anti-America agenda. If I could afford to do so I would give a copy of  this book to every reader in the United States. I would have all public schools, colleges and universities make the book available to their students free of charge. I would have them placed in public places for the taking. Though knowing that this would result in hundreds of book burnings throughout the nation, I would still make the effort. There are two books the liberals would destroy if possible: the Bible and Dark Agenda. I an convinced that if the democrats had known Horowitz was going to write this book, he would not be alive today. I might remind the reader of the numerous “accidents,” “suicides” and unexplainable “naturally caused” deaths that have taken place among people who have found themselves of the progressives.

Before reading this thoroughly researched, simply written expose I believed myself to be knowledgeable of the facts concerning the Democrat Party and their media lapdog’s attempts to change this nation into a communist dictatorship. I was certain that the annihilation of the country’s religious, social, economic, political and military system was the focus of only a few demented, power-hungry radicals who were struggling to keep the dream alive. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG. Frankly, I was both shocked and dismayed to learn that the anarchists’ democracy-to-dictatorship goal has its roots in the far distant past. Long before America’s first Civil War the forces of anarchy were already at work. The conflict was simply a symptom of what lay beneath the left’s contempt for all that the nation has stood for since her founding. The left’s singular goal has never changed. Its agenda concerns the state’s dictatorial power over individual speech, action, and yes, thought–total control of human life. In the past a book titled 1984 gave the nation a peek into the left’s idea of what America would look like with a small, totally-powerful group at its head. Today’s version of Big Brother is embodied in the Democrat Party.

I could not do justice for Dark Agenda so I will not attempt to provide a detailed book report. I do, however, recommend the tome for anyone wanting to learn how this once God-blessed nation came to be the Satan-dominated morass it is today. For those who have the stomach for the truth, read DARK AGENDA before the democrats regain power and have it banned. L.J.
