As a professor of sociology and a decades-long student of the various political “isms” under which the nations of the world live, I can honestly say that on November 5, 2024 God delivered America from four years of grinding, gut-wrenching Marxism and saved her from an indefinite future of suffocating, spirit-destroying Communism. If the Marxist Left had won the election, America would have immediately been invaded by tens of millions MORE so-called “immigrants” (voters) before the next election which would have placed the marxists/communists in power indefinitely. This would have turned the United States of America into the Communist States of America.

But before we freedom lovers get too heady over the God-given, grace-based reprieve America has been granted, let us understand WHY THE SUPPOSED “ONE NATION UNDER GOD” HAD TO ENDURE THE LAST FOUR YEARS OF MISERY. WE WILL DO THIS BY OBSERVING SEVERAL LESSONS THE LORD HAS TAUGHT US (AGAIN AND AGAIN AND ….) OVER THE PAST FOUR YEARS. Read The “Voices” of God. Key word–Voices. Relative to who won the election, few people know is that GOD DETERMINES WHO “WINS” NATIONAL POLITICAL RACES. THE TRUTH IS THAT HE RAISES UP NATIONS AND REMOVES NATIONS. HE DETERMINES WHO RULES WHAT NATIONS, WHEN, WHY AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE.

It is stated in Daniel 2:21 that the Lord raises up nations and brings down nations. He installs leaders of nations and removes leaders of nations. In 4:17 the prophet tells us that “the Most High rules in the kingdoms of men” and places in leadership positions “whomever He wills.” He places over the nations “the basest (worst) of men.” In other words, God gives individual nations the leaders they deserve. America’s rejection of God over the past few decades caused the Lord to GIVE THE PEOPLE UP TO THEIR OWN DESIRES. Read Romans 1:24,26,28. The last four years have revealed God’s attitude toward my beloved America. In so doing He was sending her a message. His “voice” was heard loud and clear, though only a minutely few understood what He was “saying.” He spoke again yesterday when He allowed America to return to sanity, albeit temporarily in my opinion. God does not want to punish individuals or nations. However, as He tells us, sowing the wind produces a whirlwind backlash. Sinning people and populations are not dealing with sweet baby Jesus in the manger; they are dealing with the Lion of the Tribe of Judah as the “voices” series attests.

This is not to say that the recent election indicates that America’s character has changed for the better relative to her historic Satan-serving, sin-centered, self-serving condition. What it does reveal is the incredible grace of Almighty God. For quite some time I have been saying that I BELIEVE that the Lord would give America ONE LAST OPPORTUNITY to return to Him and walk with Him in obedience to His Law, just as He did for the nation of Israel before her defeat, enslavement and scattering throughout the earth because she refused to obey Him. I also said that I BELIEVE that He would return to the presidency one of the “basest (worst) of men” who would once again the correct political, economic and international course she was on during his first administration. I also said that I BELIEVE the nation would have a “revival” period following Donald Trump’s reelection that would burn brightly for a short time, but then the fire would go out and she would return to the religious (business-as-usual, Laodicean, Catholic/Protestant) status that led her into the religious, political and social sewer in which she now wallows. The door to the sewer has been open, and entered, for the past 1900 years. The door opened wider during the 1960’s and swung open even wider with the election of Bill Clinton. It opened even wider to allow the election of Barach Obama. Electing a God-hating Muslim to the presidency showed the world how low America had sunk in the eyes of the Lord. Obama has been running the current government from behind the scenes for the past four years as the nation drank freely and often at the fount of Satan’s spiritual spring that feeds the symbolic pool.

I BELIEVE that, due to His incredible grace, the Almighty is giving America one final opportunity to return to Him–to the relationship our ancestors had with Him during the first generation of the New Testament Church. I believe that she will do so, but only for a short period of time. Then, as she returns to her apostasy (falling away from God) Satan will be allowed to take back what was temporarily removed from him. As bad as things are now on the spiritual level, they will get much worse God pours out curse after curse on her. For proof, read the Old Testament concerning God’s dealings with our spiritual and biological ancestors–the 12 tribes of Israel. Read Who and Where is Israel Today? Key word–Where. The Book of Revelation tells us where the United States-led world is headed.

My concern has led me to spend countless hours at the keyboard in a last-ditch attempt to get the Lord’s Truth to the masses. Christ tells us to “work while it is day, for night comes when no man can work” (Jn. 9:4). That dark time is near. I and working literally night and day to share the Lord’s Word concerning what is happening and why. Hopefully, those who read my website will recognize God’s Truth, embrace it and its Author and walk in agreement with Him (Amos 3;3) until the beginning of the Tribulation Period which I believe will begin within four to six years.

As I have stated in previous series based on Biblical prophecy, there will be a period of several years before the Tribulation officially begins when true believers will be attacked by the Institutional Church which will have joined forces with the nation’s federal, state and local governments to try to stop us from speaking God’s word and performing His miracles in public. They will not succeed. Until, that is, God takes His Very Elect saints to their place of safety. At that point the Great Tribulation will begin and hell will visit the earth for 2 1/2 years of Tribulation. This will be followed by The Day of the Lord–a year that will make the terrors of the Tribulation period pale by comparison.

I prefer not to be the bearer of bad news. However, I live in the real world and know about the world that existed in the past. To see into the future one needs to study the past. By studying both Biblical and social history I understand the present and have a good grasp on the future. God’s Word illuminates the future for those who study it with a heart open to Him. The Lord warns us about the future by telling us that if Jesus did not return to stop the actions of sinful men, there would be no one left alive on earth following the Great Tribulation and the Great and Terrible Day of the Lord.

Let us get right with God and stay that way by spending our free time in His Word, in prayer and fasting. Let us seek God, find and walk with Him while the world deals with the world. Our time here is short. God commands that we “Redeem the time” that we have left. After all, we will have eternity to be thankful that we did. L.J.
