Satan, the power behind the Antichrist spirit, is also called a killer: “The thief (Satan) comes to … kill ….” (Jn. 10:10). How does Satan kill? Search the Scriptures and you will not find an instance in which Satan ended anyone’s physical life. His goal is to spiritually kill every human who has ever lived. At this moment he is spiritually destroying over seven billion people. As Jesus tells us in John 10:10, Satan’s primary goal is to destroy church people. He does his murderous work by convincing them that one cannot take the Bible at face value, that superior minds are needed to interpret and correct the Word to meet man’s various religious proclivities. Jesus’ proclamation that the Bible (God’s Word) is Truth (Jn. 17:17) has no effect on Satan’s false prophets who routinely deny the Words of the Godhead, thereby denying that Father and Son are who They say They are, have done what They claim to have done and will do what They say they will do. Because JESUS’ COMING IN THE FLESH IS THE CENTRAL THEME OF THE BIBLE, IN THE EYES OF GOD, TO DOUBT ONE OF HIS WORDS IS TO DENY THAT VITAL THEME. This theological principle, which exalts Satan’s word over God’s Word, dominates the whole of professing Christendom.

The Institutional Church (Catholicism/Protestantism) does not believe that Jesus came in the flesh for two interrelated reasons. Jesus came as a natural, flesh and blood man in order to die for natural flesh and blood mankind, thereby making salvation AVAILABLE to all of mankind. The second reason He came was to serve as the ultimate model for mankind to emulate. As He proved by living in obedience to God while a human being, any human being can live in obedience to God his Creator, thereby ENABLING him to inherit salvation. The false church embraces reason #1 but rejects reason #2. She claims that following the example set by Jesus is not necessary in that she is already saved, born again, etc. This in spite of His stating in Revelation 3:21 that ONLY THOSE WHO OVERCOME (SATAN-SIN) WILL JOIN HIM IN GOD’S KINGDOM. The church believes that Jesus has overcome the devil for them, enabling them to sin and get away with it.

This deadly error is currently resulting in the spiritual deaths of over two billion people who call themselves “the church.” This mass spiritual murder is being brought about acceptance of the “Big Lie.” As a result, church people refuse to “try the spirits” of their leaders to see if they are speaking God’s Words (1 Jn. 4:1); refuse to “study to show yourself approved of God” (Phil. 2:12); refuse to “search the Scriptures” to find God’s real Truth (Acts 17:11) and to “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling” (Phil. 2:12). These are but a few of God’s commands religious man refuses to obey. As a result, church people are low-hanging fruit for God’s ultimate enemy.

When one is physically dead everyone who knew him or her knows that he/she is dead. However, when one is spiritually dead, no one knows it, not even the spiritual corpse him/herself. All believe that the dead person is “alive in Christ Jesus,” that he/she is saved, born again, etc. Having believed their false prophets, they see no need to check with God on the matter–the fix is in; the deck is stacked; the die is cast–it’s a done deal. This attitude among church people is why God said there would be “wailing and gnashing of teeth” when those who “know” they are saved learn that they have been deceived by the devil (Rev. 12:9). Remember that for thousands of years everyone on earth “knew” that the earth was flat, and that the sun, moon, planets and stars revolved around the earth. What everyone “knew” to be true was in fact false. The church “knows” things are true that God says are not. For this reason Jesus said in Luke 13:24-28 that on Judgment Day church goats (see The Church, The Gospel And The Goats) would stand before Him, call Him their Lord and remind Him of all the wonderful things they had done in His name. To them He will say, “I never knew you; depart from me, you who work iniquity (Lawlessness) ….” Because they had believed their hirelings, false prophets, ministers of righteousness, etc., they will have been life-long servants of Satan, all the while “knowing” that they were serving the Biblical God. See Bait and Switch.
