On September 11, 2001 foreign enemies attacked the United States at the two-fold heart of her power and standing on the world scene–economics and military.  These are the two foundations upon which she depends for her continued success and world dominance.  New York City is the heart of her financial might.  The Pentagon is the heart of her military might.  For the past 80 years (since winning World War II) the United States of America has stood head and shoulders above all other nations as the bastion of financial and military might.  Over the years God has sent her warning after warning, “pleading” with her to wake up and smell the spiritual roses.  She has repeatedly rejected His overtures.

Then, on 9-11, God spoke to her AGAIN by sending three airplanes into the twin towers of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon–the very emblems of the nation’s financial and military proweress.  I believe that 9-11 was His final “plea” to this once-greatly blessed nation.  I believe that it was His final call for her to turn from her self-centered, flesh-pleasing ways, to repent of her many sins and to embrace the One Whose name she carries with her wherever she goes in the form of one of her foundations–money.  I also believe that the COVID-19 pandemic is His negative response to America’s negative response to His 9-11 plea.  In the Oriental world this “cause and effect” phenomenon is called Karma.  In referring to it Americans say: “What goes around comes around.”  To which I add: “With a hammer in each hand.”  God has only begun to swing His proverbial hammer.  America has sown the wind and is now reaping the whirlwind.  “Behold, God is not mocked; whatsoever a man sows he will reap.”  America has sown sin; she is receiving the product of sin–devastation and death.  And Jesus warned that what she is experiencing is merely, “… the beginning of sorrows” (Mat. 24:1-8)

Recall that God’s prophets repeatedly warned this nation’s biological and spiritual ancestors–Israel–to repent, stop sinning and return to Him.  The Israelites refused and disappeared from sight.  Where are they today?  Only about 2% of all of the world’s Israelites are recognized as Israelites.  The world knows them as “Jews,” which is the nickname King James translators gave to the Judahites.  The other hundreds of millions of Israelites are “lost” from public view.  They are unknown, even to themselves.  Their sins have removed them so far from God (Isa. 59:2) that they and the rest of the world believe that they are Gentiles.  See Who and Where is Israel Today?  Use the key word “Israel.”  The word “Gentile” (Heb.–“goy”) means “heathen”–one who does not obey God.  The word perfectly describes the United States of America, the majority of whom are backslidden Israelites.   Millions of Americans have a history with God dating back to their forefather Abraham.  After being delivered from Egyptian slavery their ancient ancestors heard God speak audibly from atop Mt. Sinai as He gave them His rules for living–the Ten Commandments–the same Ten Commandments Americans memorize as children, place on governmental buildings, hang on the walls of their homes, THEN REFUSE TO OBEY.  See God’s Royal Law.  Use the key word “Royal.”

And for that reason God is punishing America, and the rest of the world, with COVID-19.  His patience has run out.   His “pleadings” have ended.  From this time forward He will repeatedly pour out His wrath on the nation He raised up in an unknown wilderness to be His light to the Gentile nations.  Over the coming months America will experience a moral downturn.  Recently I have wondered how she could go any lower or move any further away from God than she is now.   But each day’s news reports convince me that she is on a downward slide that will take her deeper into Satan’s abyss, deeper than most people believe is possible.  She has greased her skids with abomination after abomination.  Only God can reverse her downward spiral.  But that would require true national repentance and reversal of heart.  That, she continues to proclaim with her words and deeds, is not going to happen.  Hooked on the sweet elixir of self-gratification, her demise is inevitable.

I have heard preachers speak of a revival that is coming.  True revival is not coming, for it would require a total change in the nation’s collective heart.  Satan will not allow this to happen.  If a revival does come it will be orchestrated and empowered by him.  He will use it to point the masses back to the Institutional Church–the very entity that has led the nation into the spiritual sewer in which she now wallows.  The immediate future provides an excellent example of Satan’s control of the church, which leads the nation.  As goes the church, so goes the nation.  Under the direction of her god–Satan–Catholicism/Protestantism is at this moment prepping the nation for his annual Christmas celebration.  The religious masses, along with non-religious citizens, are looking forward to that “holy season” which God plainly condemns in Jeremiah 10:1-5.  Being deliberately ignorant of God’s Words relative to Christmas, preachers are pointing toward a national revival that is supposedly just over the religious horizon.  This makes for a good religious sound-byte, but Biblical Truth has a way of bringing man back to reality, which he summarily rejects.

What would be the aftermath of a national revival?  Would a revived America give up Christmas? or Easter? or the Sunday Sabbath? or Halloween? Would a revived America turn of the t.v. and pick up the Bible for a couple of hours each evening?  Would she affiliate herself with a single church which meets on Saturday and is neither Catholic nor Protestant?  Would America kick her addiction to entertainment such as sports, movies, books, music, drugs, pornography, alcohol, etc?  Would she obey God’s Law?  No, she would not.  She would simply go to church more often and delve deeper into the Satanic teachings offered therein.  She would increase her religiosity while continuing to do what she has always done–sin–supposedly with impunity.  After all, the revived masses would be reminded, Adam had made sin a part of their spiritual dna.

And Satan would smile even bigger than he does now as he watches his God-rejecting people file into his citadels of sin each sun god day to have their ears scratched by their hirelings.  Simply put, if a “revival” should erupt on the national scene it would result in religious business as usual, only more of it.

Therefore God commands those who truly seek Him to “Come out of her (the church) … and be separate (from her).  Touch not that unclean thing.” Then, and only then, does He promise to be our God and allow us to be His people” (2 Cor. 6:14-7:1).  L.J.
